Proof Design And Realization Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

With the development of new technologies such as big data,intelligent city and cloud computing,e-government has gradually developed towards to platform-based,data-oriented,and then developed into a new e-government model.This new model of e-government which is based on advanced technology has become an effective method to improve the efficiency and save the operating cost of government departments at all levels,it has significant impact to promote the government office level and realize the wisdom city.This paper starts with the study of the design and implementation of SOA architecture,it uses MYSQL as a background database,and conducts a detailed functional requirements analysis with the idea of software engineering system throughout the design and development of software.The system divides the task into sub-function modules,and then organizes them together based on the different functions.The purpose of this system is to explore the use of social service platform to deal with administrative functions,so as to simplify the administrative office process,improve the openness and efficiency of r administrative activities.In this paper,first,it describes the background and the importance of egovernment system under the latest situation.Secondly,it introduces the mainstream architecture technology used in the system,and then introduces the architecture of SOA,it uses Java language,SpringMVC and hibernate to setup the structure based on SOA and uses the wide-used third-party plug-in modules to optimize the performance,security and extensibility of the system.Finally,the system has gone through rigorous performance testing,the test results proved that the the system has a good function of complete and operational stability;its application to the small and medium enterprises has proved that the system meets the expectations.
