In the information age,China's news media has developed rapidly,and the competition among individuals has been fierce.The competition and training of human resources among media and the performance appraisal of human resources have become the focus of media attention.China's media industry is different from the general industry.The media industry has dual attributes,both ideology and industrial attributes.Therefore,for the performance appraisal of the moderator,the effective performance appraisal system of the moderator should be created according to the relevant performance appraisal theory and the characteristics of the news media.In the news media,radio and television stations are an important part.Under the background of fierce competition in the current media industry,researching and establishing the performance appraisal system of the host in line with the objective law of China's news media work is not only an effective supplement to the performance appraisal theory of journalists,but also a realistic issue that the current news media must urgently solve.This paper analyzes the status quo and problems of the performance appraisal of the host of Hulunbeier Radio and TV Station.Introduce the competition status and development status of the regional media market where Hulunbeier Radio and TV Station is located.Through the design of the questionnaire,the host of the Hulunbeier Radio,TV and TV station was investigated and summarized.Through the analysis of the status quo of the moderator's performance appraisal,the main problems in the performance appraisal were found,and a scientific,reasonable and effective moderator performance appraisal system was proposed.Principles and methods,and the reasons for the problems and solutions.The design of the performance appraisal indicator system of the host of Hulunbeier Radio and TV Station determines the weight of the key objectives in the performance appraisal.Using the performance appraisal theory,the performance appraisal system of the host and television broadcasters of Hulunbeier City was put forward,and the guarantee of the performance appraisal system of Hulunbeier host was further proposed.The obstacles that may be encountered in the implementation process were comprehensively analyzed,and the system,funds and organization were three.From the perspective of the implementation of the supportof the performance appraisal system,to ensure the effective implementation of the new performance appraisal system.
