Research On Digital Rural Communication And New Media Empowerment From The Perspective Of "information Poverty Alleviation"

The development and popularization of modern information technology endows the top-level design of rural digital construction with internal power.Through"information poverty alleviation",the intervention of new media technology not only provides new communication channels,but also changes the structure and content of traditional information communication,and constantly deconstructs and reconstructs the rural communication pattern.Under the empowerment of new media,self empowerment,organization empowerment and group empowerment are generated.People organize themselves in the public space of expression,communication and dialogue,and at the same time,they are endowed with action power.The revitalization of rural areas is in a great opportunity of history.This paper takes "information poverty alleviation" as the background,new media empowerment as the theoretical starting point,through the research method of ethnography,based on the three dimensions of society,culture and media,to investigate how "information poverty alleviation" works on rural society,how new media restructures the pattern of rural communication,and how the media empowerment of villagers works on the construction and development of digital villages.Based on this,the paper puts forward reflections and suggestions on the current information poverty alleviation work,and makes up for the short information board of targeted poverty alleviation.In this study,Tuanjie village,Datun Town,Gejiu City,Yunnan Province was selected as the field investigation object.Observe how the restoration of media order and the reorganization of rural communication pattern affect the digital rural construction under the development of "information poverty alleviation".The study found that"information poverty alleviation" first promoted the development of communication technology in rural areas,turning the use of media into the use needs of villagers.Secondly,the improvement of media environment stimulates and releases the villagers’self-consciousness.Under the background of new media empowerment,the social structure and social relations are subverted and reconstructed.In the dynamic game equilibrium,multi subjects participate in the rural construction and cultural communication.Thirdly,from the perspective of communication objects,the high-speed intervention of media technology brought by the improvement of media environment under the policy of "information poverty alleviation" has also led to the cultural dilemma in the media context,the media dependence of the left behind groups and the media autonomy of disorder.From the perspective of poverty alleviation work,the role of media deviates from the concept of poverty alleviation,and the work of poverty alleviation appears information asymmetry and invisible poverty subjects,ignoring the rural society based on acquaintance network and interpersonal communication.In addition,while paying attention to the introduction of technology,we should think about how to make rural media technology and media literacy coordinate and parallel,reflect on the role of digital feedback,and attach importance to the ability of digital technology as a new media to give people the ability to seize the opportunity,adapt to the situation and choose the opportunity,so as to achieve the construction of digital countryside and stimulate the internal power of Rural Revitalization.
