In November 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed the concept of“precise poverty alleviation” when he visited the 18-hole village in Xiangxi,Hunan.Later,he elaborated and enriched its connotation on various occasions and formed a systematic idea.Since then,“precise poverty alleviation” has been applied to all levels of Chinese society in a top-level design and has risen to a political level.This is a campaign to comprehensively mobilize the society and transform the society in the form of poverty alleviation.It has established a system of poverty alleviation and tackling the Chinese characteristics.The mobilization system is to give full play to the advantages of the socialist system to concentrate on the major issues,and to mobilize the forces of all sectors of society.Participate in poverty alleviation and the goal is to build a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020 and eliminate absolute poverty.In the process of social mobilization for precise poverty alleviation,media mobilization is an important part of it,and the role of new media in government affairs is more prominent.Making use of the media mobilization role of new media,timely disseminating the party's poverty alleviation policies,attracting people from all walks of life to pay attention to and participate in poverty alleviation work plays a vital role in building a large poverty alleviation pattern.According to the online data of the people,there have been more than 29 million reports on “Poverty Alleviation”in the six major platforms of news,newspapers,forums,blogs,Weibo and WeChat since the 18 th National Congress,and more than 8.9 million reports on “precise poverty alleviation”."Precision poverty alleviation" focuses on precision.The high attention paid by the network public opinion to this policy not only reflects the high recognition of the central "top design",but also reflects the strong determination of the whole society to win the fight against poverty.This paper takes the “Weixin Poverty Alleviation Office of Jiangxi Province”,the WeChat public account,the provincial government's poverty alleviation agency's government WeChat platform as a research case,and comprehensively uses the network ethnographic research method and content analysis method to carry out its operation release status,release content,and dissemination audience,and the combination of WCI WeChat Communication Index.Indicators(number of readings and praises)explored the effect of media mobilization.Based on the specific analysis,on the basis of this,the “People's Poverty Alleviation Office of Jiangxi Province”WeChat public platform currently has problems such as fuzzy function positioning,irregular operation management,short-term content construction,insufficient interaction between government and people,Finally,the above research proposes strategies to improve the media mobilization effect of the WeChat public platform of the “Poverty Alleviation Office of Jiangxi Province”,with a view to giving local poverty alleviation institutions the WeChat platform to mobilize social forces to participate in precision poverty alleviation.Providing reference suggestions,and contributing to the fight against poverty as scheduled.
