A Study On The Changes Of Poverty Alleviation Report In The Past 40 Years Of Reform And Opening-up

Since the reform and opening up,China has made huge achievements in all areas,but the unbalanced,uncoordinated and poverty problems of economic and social development are still important issues at the national level.Poverty alleviation and development is not just the government,but also the common responsibility and obligation of the whole society.The most important of all organizations is the news media.Making full use of the role of news media in poverty alleviation and development is a problem that cannot be ignored in tackling poverty.The logical starting point of this paper is to regard the news media as the active subject of action.As a practical concept,the main way of news poverty alleviation is to make a practical impact on poor areas through the media's poverty alleviation reports.To explore news media from the perspective of actors,it is natural to put more emphasis on initiative,initiative and interaction,and to get rid of the labels of "intermediary" and "placeholder".Through the analysis and summary of poverty alleviation reports,the author explores the role change of the media as the main body of action in the process of poverty alleviation and development,and makes clear its role in poverty alleviation work and the risks to be avoided,so as to provide Suggestions for the news media to better participate in social construction.In the introduction part,this paper makes a literature review on the framework theory and news poverty alleviation.On the basis of distinguishing poverty and poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation report and news poverty alleviation concept,it selects the poverty alleviation report of People's Daily in the 40 years of reform and opening-up as the research object,and establishes a content analysis category.The first chapter gives priority to defining the nature of news media as a social public instrument,clarifies its purpose of serving the public,and makes relevant theoretical development and practical exploration on newspoverty alleviation.The second chapter of the People's Daily reported for poverty alleviation from micro level such as quantity,content,form its changes and differences of different phase,different angles are presented in the media of anti-poverty practice gradually and day-to-day work comprehensively,and media activist role more independent,on the basis of the subject characteristics of summary reports for poverty alleviation,such as genre reported "help" more than "poor" for the poor and the problem of inferior class report.The third chapter,starting from the actor network theory of identification of the subject and the actors in anti-poverty practice construction path,based on the analysis of reports for poverty alleviation,summarizes the 40 years,from the participants to have taken place in the role of the media framework independence of the diachronic changes,behind it is not only regulated by the state policy for poverty alleviation,also by media organization framework of regulation and the influence of the transformation of the mass consciousness for poverty alleviation.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the previous section,it is concluded that the current media role vicissitude the influence which brings to the poverty alleviation,and how to make path optimization,and emphasizes the media reports on the premise of abide by the principle of party spirit,in relying on its own resources advantage,precision,a certain level of poverty alleviation of guiding and leading role at the same time,still need to constantly strengthen the media consciousness,but keep in mind to prevent unauthorized to grasp the scale.To realize the balance between the two and to maximize the potential and role of the media is a problem that the government and the media should think about and urgently solve.
