Research On The Impact Of "information Poverty Alleviation" From The Perspective Of Rural Communication

Based on the information poverty alleviation background and the ethnographic research method,this paper analyzes the effect of information poverty alleviation on rural society under the three latitudes of media,society and culture,and reflects on the current poverty alleviation work based on the analysis of social effects.This paper chooses Yangbu Township,Wangtuan Town,Haiyuan County,Ningxia as the field object of investigation,and observes how information poverty alleviation works in rural social order,rural construction and rural culture.The research draws out that information poverty alleviation through communication technology transforms the villagers'emotions from the information into information needs.Through the construction of online acquaintance social network and providing new ways of poverty alleviation information exchange,the restructuring of rural media can be completed from the two levels of restructuring and repair;Building multi-dimensional information network for rural poverty alleviation through information poverty alleviation is devoted to rural construction,which is manifested in the construction of digital countryside and combing urban-rural relationship,relying on Internet + industry poverty alleviation to create a mechanism for rural population return;Poverty alleviation by information leads to the tendency of rural media center,gives rationality to the decline of rural culture,and leads to rural indigenous information poverty.The author believes that there are certain problems in the current rural information poverty alleviation work.From the perspective of poverty alleviation channels,the deviation of media roles and poverty alleviation concepts has led to problems such as inadequate supply and demand of information on poverty alleviation,pan-entertainment of rural information,and difficulty in deepening interpersonal communication of poverty alleviation information.From the perspective of poverty alleviation participants,poverty alleviation work ignores The urban information poverty population and the Hollowing out the countryside phenomenon have made the rural areas less pro-poor construction and the villagers' deception and secretive dissolving emotions affect the poverty alleviation effect.From the perspective of poverty alleviation,the development of work has triggered the quality of agricultural information.The thinking of quantity and the transformation from using the media to using the media and poverty alleviation should be based on the peasants'subjectivity,emphasizing cultural empowerment and media empowerment,while improving follow-up mechanisms to guard against the crisis of poverty.
