Design And Implementation Of Poverty Alleviation Information Management System Based On SSH

With the continuous development of China's social economy,the income of residents in various regions is also increasing.However,at the same time,because the conditions and policy constraints,the imbalance of the development between regions is becoming more and more obvious,some underdeveloped areas in the slow economic growth,income increase is not obvious to the impoverished areas of poverty is still great difficulty to get rid of the hat.The poverty alleviation policy is often the direct payment of cash to the poor families so that the family income per capita reaches the minimum standard of living in poverty,only household income data,but not make them out of poverty and become rich first master the skills of poverty.Based on the scientific and normative principles,through the establishment of poverty alleviation information management system,we can fully grasp the information of poor residents.The establishment of this system can realize the informatization and network of information management of poor residents,provide support for precise poverty alleviation work,improve the efficiency of poverty alleviation management work,and alleviate the workload of poverty alleviation work.In this paper,the research background,research significance,research status and needs of poverty alleviation work are elaborated,and the requirements for precision poverty alleviation are introduced.Then,this paper analyzes the work requirements of precise poverty alleviation and deeply analyzes the information management,data audit,statistical report management and data query required by the poverty alleviation information management system.The user roles involved in the actual business logic of the system are analyzed,to determine the system needs to be achieved business needs and system functions.On the basis of requirement analysis,this paper analyzes the architecture of Poverty Alleviation Information Management System and makes use of MVC design pattern,B/S structure and SSH framework to make system design principles.Under the guidance of design principles,the system architecture,network Design of architecture and functional structure.And,as this project involves a large amount of data storage and access needs,a database design has also been developed.Based on the analysis of business needs and specific functions of the system,this paper realizes the poverty alleviation information management system.Through the class diagram design of functional modules such as poverty information management,data review,statistical report management and poverty alleviation management,it clarifies that each function module,the realization details,and through the analysis of the system business processes,the sequence diagram of each module has been designed.Finally,according to the actual demand of poverty alleviation information management system,we construct the system and carry out the function test to the system according to the designed test cases in the strategic environment to verify the system's satisfaction of user's needs.At the same time,the usability,usability and performance of the system were tested.Through the comprehensive analysis of the test results,it shows that the system established in this paper meets the need of precise poverty alleviation work.Poverty through the information management system,you can query all poor households personnel,physical condition,income,assets,resources,demand information such as the causes of poverty out of poverty,according to these basic information,can be formulated according to the measures for the general situation and special situation,greatly improve the efficiency of screening information,reduce information the cost of management,provide data support and guarantee mechanism for the precise poverty,the poverty alleviation policy targeted poverty alleviation progress,traceability,poverty alleviation process traceability.The development of the system can provide data support for the upper level decision-making,and track the effect after the implementation of the policy.
