With the accomplishment of targeted poverty alleviation,the Chinese society has entered into a new stage of development.Meanwhile,keeping away from poverty and promoting development have become the new requirements of the new era.So,how to create the way and consolidate the achievement of the poverty alleviation are very important.At the same time,the Chinese government is planing for the future,focusing on the construction of information technology,and the emergence of new media has brought a new drawn and direction to the change of poverty alleviation methods.With the great help of new media ' s empowerment,the e-commerce,a concrete practice that has an important reference value and significance to change the spirit and promote the quality of the poverty alleviation.This paper chooses Internet celebrity e-commerce base of Lichuan as an object of study from the perspective of the theory of new media's empowerment to analyze it how to empower for the poor and realize the consolidation of poverty alleviation.The study is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,about the research background and significance of this topic,as well as the literature review of information poverty,e-commerce poverty alleviation and new media empowerment theory,and then determines the specific content and method of the research,and introduces the innovation and shortcomings of this research.The second part mainly introd uces the practical process of Lichuan City from targeted poverty alleviation to e-commerce poverty alleviation,and illustrates the importance of e-commerce poverty alleviation from the introduction of Lichuan City,the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation in Lichuan City,information poverty alleviation in Lichuan City's targeted poverty alleviation,and the practice of the poverty alleviation path of Lichuan Rural Tourism web celebrity e-commerce base.The third part is mainly about the multiple paths of Internet celebrity e-commerce base of Lichuan from the perspective of new media's empowerment,introduce the subject,content and the path of empowerment and roundly analyze its operation of the internal logic.The fourth part mainly summarizes the effect of the poverty alleviation of e-commerce under the new media's empowerment from the individual level,interpersonal level and community level which combined with the empowerment theory.The fifth part introduces the regional experience of the development of new media empowered e-commerce.First,it analyzes the plight of new media empowered e-commerce in poverty alleviation from three aspects,and then proposes innovative countermeasures for the plight of new media empowered e-commerce in poverty alleviation,namely overall connection,field conversion and multiple experience.Finally,in the summary and outlook part,it mainly summarizes the inspiration of the development of new media empowered e-commerce and hopes for the future research on information poverty alleviation under new media empowered.During the exploration,Lichuan takes e-commerce poverty alleviation as the main way of information poverty alleviation and makes fully use of the new media's empowerment to carry out the targeted poverty alleviation.At the individual level,interpersonal level and community level,specific practice is carried is carried on the empowerment objects respectively.Through top-down empowerment and bottom-up energy enhancement,the effect of e-commerce poverty alleviation model of e-commerce poverty alleviation is innovated.Meanwhile,in the face of e-commerce poverty alleviation in the presence of video production between reality and illusion,low audience loyalty and cultural integration of the form of the dilemma,we can solve the dilemma through the overall connection,field conversion and double experience,so as to achieve the benign development of e-commerce poverty alleviation,improve the effect of poverty alleviation.
