The strategy of rural revitalization is a major decision made by the 19 th Party Congress,a major historical choice for winning the victory in building a well-off society and building a modern socialist country,and the general grasp of the work of the "three rural areas" in the new era.The "14th Five-Year Plan" and the outline of the2035 Vision have made specific requirements for "accelerating the pace of building a digital society",and the construction of a digital society is an inevitable choice to promote China's comprehensive construction of a modern and powerful country.At this stage,the main problem between urban and rural areas in China lies in the contradiction between unbalanced development brought about by information asymmetry,and as an important measure to solve this contradiction,information poverty alleviation has played a pivotal role in the road of poverty alleviation in China in recent years,becoming an important grasp of rural revitalization and a prerequisite measure for the construction of digital society.Information poverty alleviation in the current Chinese countryside requires full consideration of the possibilities brought by digitalization and mobile Internet development,and how to make use of the opportunities and paths brought by social media in the digital era is the key,using the realistic basis that the digital technology revolution has been comprehensively promoted in people's life and production,and social media are widely used in people's life to improve the information communication conditions of the disadvantaged groups in the countryside,enhance the endogenous power of rural development,and solve the imbalance between urban and rural development.It can improve the information and communication conditions of rural disadvantaged groups,enhance the endogenous power of rural development,solve the problem of unbalanced urban-rural development,and provide possibilities and preferred paths for rural revitalization.The Wuling Mountains area is one of the main battlefields for poverty alleviation in China,and Village H of Township D in Enshi City is located in the Wuling Mountains area and is inhabited by ethnic minorities,which makes this study more valuable.In addition,D Township H Village has entered the catalog of "East-West Poverty Alleviation Collaboration",and with the advantage of Hangzhou's e-commerce,it has created the "Ensh City Huazhi Mountain Netflix Live Village" to help its industrial revitalization.This paper selects the village of D Township H in Enshi City as the research object and discusses it as a sample,focusing on the current situation,problems and improvement strategies of social media use and information poverty alleviation.In the process of carrying out precise poverty alleviation in Village H of Township D,with the help of the East-West Poverty Alleviation Collaboration,it takes the live broadcast of electric business as the main way to promote information poverty alleviation,makes full use of social media,and through the mode of "company + cooperative + base + farmers",provides live broadcast training to some villagers,helps villagers open the path of production and marketing,increases villagers' economic income In addition,we will vigorously develop industrial revitalization.In terms of public services,we actively integrate the thinking mode of "Internet+",vigorously develop the smart village and help rural grassroots governance.Through investigation and research,it is found that information poverty alleviation must break through the dilemma of insufficient awareness of villagers' self-development,low media literacy of villagers,and lack of information technology talents.In the face of this situation,the government can set up a team of talents with high education,hard skills and willing to actively participate in the construction of the countryside,combine local characteristics with local conditions,formulate a detailed and consistent with the local development of talent selection and assessment system,and at the same time to solve the problem of treatment of talents in the countryside,pay attention to talent training,and solve the problem of talent shortage;village committees through online and offline parallel ways to carry out rural informatization,digital production Publicity,so as to improve the villagers' information awareness and create a good digital survival atmosphere in a subtle way.Large e-commerce platforms should further develop initiatives based on localization of e-commerce operations in order to better integrate into local development and facilitate various types of government support.For entrepreneurs and traditional enterprises,they should gradually change their mindset of fighting alone and find a good position in the vast rural e-commerce ecology to create a good e-commerce environment;as the endogenous main force of rural development,farmers should enhance their main consciousness,get rid of the idea of over-dependence,mobilize their enthusiasm and initiative,and make good use of social media for self-innovation and development,changing from passive and onlookers to rural construction Participants should improve their media literacy and digital literacy,and enhance their information production,dissemination and consumption skills.The multi-level cooperation,each playing its role in social production,will jointly construct a beautiful blueprint for rural revitalization and socialist modernization.
