In today's world,with the emphasis on cultural and creative industries,driven by the reality of the release of major national policies for cultural industries,the convening of major cultural development conferences and the era background of rapid changes in the international environment,China's cultural and creative industries are developing well.With the joint support of policies,economy,society,science and technology,the positive development of cultural and creative industries has been promoted.The academic research of cultural industry has become a research hotspot.In this environment,as one of the important components of the development of cultural and creative products,the cultural and creative work of university library also needs to speed up the development.In 2016,the establishment of “guotuwang store” in China's national library opened the door to the development of library culture and innovation in China.Compared with the development of library cultural innovation in foreign countries and Taiwan,our development started late,and the current library cultural innovation is in the stage of exploration and development.The purpose of this paper is to study the current situation and successful experience of cultural and creative product development in Colleges and universities,and then put forward the development ideas of cultural and creative products in Colleges and universities in China.This paper uses Documentary method,Example analysis and SWOT analysis,starting from the three theories of cultural productivity,product development and new public service,to elaborate the advantages and significance of the development of cultural and creative products in Colleges and universities;through the investigation of the current situation of the development of cultural and creative products in eight colleges and universities,As well as the SWOT analysis of the development of cultural and creative products in Taiwan Normal University,this paper summarizes the current situation,advantages and problems in the development of cultural and creative products in university libraries.On this basis,this paper puts forward the principles,strategies and contents of the development of cultural and creative products in university library,and provides effective ideas for the development of cultural and creative products in university library.
