Since the Palace Museum set off a wave of cultural and creative development in domestic museums,many domestic museums have joined the ranks of the cultural and creative development army with the support of national policies.Museums in many provinces have developed under the premise of a reasonable interpretation of the policy and the guarantee of the public welfare nature of the museum.The related activities of cultural and creative development and operation have achieved good results,enhancing the self-hematopoietic ability,expanding the scope of cultural communication of the museum,and promoting the realization of the social service function of the museum.Compared with domestic developed provincial and municipal museums,the development of cultural and creative museums in Guizhou is lagging behind,and there are currently fewer museums involved in cultural and creative development.As the only comprehensive museum in the province,the Guizhou Provincial Museum has comprehensively collected and protected the rich and colorful cultures of the ethnic groups in the region.It is representative and typical in the region.Relatively speaking,cultural and creative development has obvious advantages.However,since the launch of cultural and creative work,the effect has not been satisfactory,and there is still a lot of room for development.In view of this,the author wrote this article through the methods of literature search,field investigation and comparative analysis,with the help of related theories of cultural industry,according to the idea of investigating the status quo,analyzing problems and solving problems,hoping to provide reference for the development of the Museum of Guizhou Province and the Museum of Guizhou Province.The first chapter,the history and status of the national,domestic and Guizhou Provincial Museum,and suits the successful case of civil and foreign museums in the development of cultivation,providing a practical reference for this study.Chapter 2,on the basis of analyzing the background and advantages of Guizhou Provincial Museum of Wenchuang Development,through field investigation,the status quo of Guizhou Provincial Museum is developed and operating.Chapter 3,from the aspects of institutions,concepts,talents,funds,product development,product marketing,and summarizing the prominent issues in Guizhou Provincial Museum in Langchun Development and Operation.The fourth chapter,based on the issue of Guizhou Museum,the issuance of the successful cases,points to the success of the Guizhou Provincial Museum,should pay attention to policy landing,system reform,talent introduction and training,fund raising,development model innovation,marketing service,etc.Work,to promote the sustainable development of the cultural industry,achieve the purpose of improving self-hematux capability,expanding the scope of cultural dissemination and improving social service functions.
