Since the reform and opening up,China's society and economy have developed rapidly,and the people's living standards have continued to improve.The report of the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the main contradictions in our society have been transformed into the contradictions between the people's increasing needs for a better life and imbalanced and inadequate development.The problem of imbalanced and inadequate development of cultural undertakings is particularly prominent.As an important cultural institution in our country,public libraries shoulder the functions of serving the society,serving the public,and providing cultural services for the whole society.They play an irreplaceable role in the modern public cultural service system and are an indispensable part of China's cultural undertakings.In recent years,as China's cultural industry has gradually developed into an important industry supporting the national economy,cultural and creative industries have gradually entered people's horizons.Cultural creative product have also gotten developed as one of the important components of cultural and creative industries.Cultural creative products are composed of three concepts: culture,creativity,and products.By using creative consciousness or innovative thinking to deeply tap the available cultural resources and integrate them,then produce products that meet the cultural needs of the public.The combination of public libraries and cultural creative product is conducive to the rational use of library resources and promotes the development of the cultural cause of public libraries.At the same time,it can open a new source of development funds for public libraries.This article takes public library cultural creative product as the main research object,and uses RMP theory,IPD theory,and SWOT theory to analyze the relevant factors that currently affect the development of cultural creative product of public library.At the same time,the questionnaire survey was used to understand the current market of cultural creative product in public libraries,and analyzed the shortcomings ofdevelopment at the current stage,and proposed improvement measures for the development of cultural creative product in China's public libraries in order to improve the Quality contributes to the development of cultural creative product in libraries in China.
