The domestic economy is growing at a high speed,and the cultural and creative industries have become China's new economic pillars.The outline of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" clearly states that the development goal of "the basic construction of public cultural service systems and the cultural industries becoming the pillar industries of the national economy" must be achieved.Public libraries As a cultural unit,it has a large number of cultural resources,has the responsibility to promote traditional culture,and has the advantages of cultural and creative creative product development.On April 27,2016,Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council presided over an executive meeting of the State Council to study and promote cultural and cultural relic units for cultural development.The issue of creative product development.In the same year,the General Office of the State Council forwarded the former Ministry of Culture and other departments' Notice on Promoting the Development of Cultural and Creative Products of Cultural Relics Units' 'and encouraged cultural relics units to participate in the process of cultural and creative industries.The research and development of cultural and creative products in domestic public libraries started late,is in the exploratory stage,and the development mechanism is currently incomplete.The related research is mainly concentrated after 2016.The purpose of this topic is to develop the cultural and creative products of public libraries in Fujian Province.As an entry point,analyze the development path of 10 public libraries in Fujian Province and the development dilemmas they face.Summarize the development experience of public libraries in Fujian Province.Based on the understanding of the basic situation,put forward the cultural and creative products that are suitable for the province.R & D recommendations.The main research methods adopted in this article are literature research method,empirical research method and network research method.This article starts from the development origin of library cultural creative products and the development status of cultural creative products at home and abroad,and expounds the development of library cultural creative products.Then systematically surveyed ten public libraries(all provincial and municipal public libraries)in Fujian Province,analyzed the current development status of the ten libraries,and analyzed the development of the products from the development materials,development categories,and development models for the province.The development path of the cultural and creative products of the internal libraries proposes an exploreable direction.Based on the survey,the development difficulties faced by the public libraries in the province are summarized,mainly focusing on the failure to implement local policies,the lack of guarantee for research and development funds,and the lack of professional talents.,Imperfect incentive mechanism,single marketing model and so on.In view of the research and development dilemma of library cultural and creative products,several suggestions were made: in terms of policy funds,the government took the initiative to promote,and the library actively applied;in terms of talent training,the library Training mainly,supplemented by external recruitment,targeted training;in the operating mechanism,it is necessary to strengthen early market research and after-sale publicity to improve people Incentives;in marketing mode,the scene in order to build services,but also for the domestic category of public libraries cultural and creative product development to provide some ideas.
