Design And Implementation Of Supplier Management And Performance Appraisal System For Civil Aircraft

Civil aviation manufacturing industry is a typical high technology,high value-added and high risk industry,which arranges global suppliers to collaborate in the program.The civil aircraft program is complicated system engineering.In the industrial globalization,the major civil aircraft manufacturers are working on global coordination model to carry out project.The Chinese civil aircraft enterprise adopts " main manufacturer-supplier " model.Based on this mode,how to build an effective system for manager and appraise suppliers is a key issue for a civil aircraft enterprise.How to make all suppliers cooperative development effectively is also important.In this paper,a supplier management and performance appraisal system is developed based on analyzing the problems in civil aviation manufacturing industry of our country.The system realizes structural management of supplier information,risk information,project information,communication and performance.Firstly,supplier management problems are indicated: information integration problem and no structural management of risk and performance.Supplier information classification and management process for risk and performance are established.System integration information and requirements of the system are defined.Secondly,the system design principle and technical structure is determined.The design principle is practicability,advancement,usability,safety and reliability.The general function design is determined.RIA framework based on Ajax is used to realize the front and J2 EE based on spring framework acts as the back end.ETL is used for system integration and network framework is based on VPN.Then,the detailed design and implementation are described from four major components.The supplier information management module defines supplier Information table and webservice is used for realizing supplier information sharing.The logical model between project risk and mitigation plan are defined in risk management module.The class diagrams and functions of information and risk are given in detail.The plan and communication module realizes information integration with project management system and product data management system with ETL.The functions of plan management and communicate information module are also displayed.The performance module defines the algorithm of KPI and rank of performance appraisal.It also reveals performance status with performance scorecard.Role-Based Access Control Model is used for designing the user permission control in this system.Finally,the functional test and security test are taken.The performance test is taken with Load Runner.These tests are used for testing safety and reliability of the system.
