To implement the scientific concept of development,national tax systems are developed and improved organ style,improve efficiency,building service-oriented agencies to strength administrative construction strategy,construction evaluation and performance appraisal system is carried out key performance construction.As we know,scientific,reasonable and fair evaluation standard is the prerequisite and basis for the civil service evaluation assessment.In our country,there are a number of civil servants,a wide range of jobs,many job title,and complicate hierarchy,therefore,the establishment of the civil service evaluation standards must differ in their positions,different positions.But for now,the civil service performance evaluation system for the civil service examination standards requirements was too general.With the rapid development of Internet technology,online evaluation appears as a new technology,online evaluation is electronic evaluation process.Compared with the traditional manual evaluation,electronic evaluation not only can save a lot of manpower and material resources,but also can reduce a variety of human factors,to achieve a fairer,safer and more efficient.The new technology can carry out the implementation of the authority staff work discipline,work style,attitude,personal responsibility,service commitment system and within specified time and other related systems to monitor and supervise the acts,promote efficiency construction management office to promote better able to fully serve the grassroots,the community,to serve the masses.This system is designed based on the internal administration of the state revenue performance management approach,to develop a performance appraisal system wiht modern electronic information technology,establishing a scientific management system performance measurement,objective and impartial in different positions,different positions for evaluation,minimizing the interference of human factors and improving the fairness of the evaluation work,scientific management,improve work performance evaluation to provide accurate data to support,promoting continuous improvement of performance management.
