Today in twenty-first Century,as the competition among enterprises becoming increasingly fierce,performance management is necessary to improve the survival ability,implement development strategy,orderly push on important tasks,and ensure the realization of organizational strategy.The performance appraisal system,as an auxiliary performance management tool,launches clear performance expectations of enterprise employees,and records the daily work performance of the staff.It helps execute the enterprise performance appraisal process,achieving the purpose of the performance management of employees.In accordance with the company's arrangements,performance appraisal work has been in full swing in my company.Prior to this work,the information was offered through artificial forms,collected by mail or paper data,and analyzed and counted by manual computation.Large amount of data and data processing require time and energy of the company's HR.Our company's performance appraisal management system is mainly to solve the assessment of information and automation workflow.Information evaluation design uses software design idea of B/S architecture,and allows users to login and use the system to realize the electronic office;the content includes setting assessment standards,backing up assessment standards,imputing assessment of data,backing up the results etc.Automated workflow design refers to the actual work flow,imitates the function form to provide assessment standards,assessment standards back up,assessment data,rule processing,assessment results,and backup of assessment results.It has three functions by designing related report program and writing back program to realize the backup of the data of assessment standard and assessment standard backup,the data processing of assessment data,rule processing and assessment result module,and data backup of assessment results and assessment result module.Through the design and implementation of the system,we can realize the informatization and automation of the performance appraisal management of Southwest Airlines Network Company.This system has been used in the performance appraisal of the company.After a period of time of using and software testing,it can be confirmed that it realizes the automation of data in information,the automation of function in data statistics and analysis and the automation of process in working procedure.The system,to a large extent,liberates the HR from the heavy workload,achieving the results of managing performance services,simplifying streamline workflow,liberating human resources,and ensuring the accuracy of the data.The paper consists of six chapters,including introduction,the introduction of related technologies,system requirements analysis,detailed design and implementation of the system,system testing,the full text of the summary and outlook.
