Since the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,schools across the country have "one school,one case" and comprehensively promoted the "5 + 2" after-school service model.Although after-school service is a derivative service of education,it has become a livelihood project that can make the people feel happy,and sports after-school service has become one of the important ways to develop children’s physical and mental health.In order to better implement the after-school service of primary school physical education,this study explores the evaluation indicators of after-school service of primary school physical education,finds out the problems existing in the development process,improves the "three and a half problems",optimizes the after-school service of primary school physical education,and makes the after-school service of physical education play a more effective role in students’ physical and mental health.By using the methods of literature review and mathematical statistics,and drawing lessons from the idea of CIPP(decision-oriented or improvement-oriented)evaluation model,this paper constructs the evaluation system of after-school service of primary school physical education and studies its implementation effect.First of all,through the questionnaire survey of experts by anonymous feedback inquiry method,three primary indicators and thirteen secondary indicators are preliminarily drawn up,and weighted by rank sum operation,and finally the evaluation index system of after-school service of primary school physical education is obtained.According to the observation points of indicators at all levels,students’ papers,parents’ papers and teachers’ papers are designed respectively,and evaluation questionnaires are distributed to schools with better after-school sports services in Wangcheng District,Changsha City,so as to fully understand the development of after-school sports services in primary schools in Wangcheng District,Changsha City.According to the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)After-school service evaluation system of primary school physical education consists of 3 first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators,and finally constitutes the indicator system: y = Y=0.25Y1 +0.36Y2+0.39Y3.(2)The weight of the first index is "service effect,service process and service input",while the weight coefficient of the second index "teachers,service content and form,student development" is relatively high.(3)Less people,things and funds are invested in services;During the service,the practice venue,time and project content cannot be filled. |
