With the continuous deepening of the reform of school physical education curriculum,most ordinary high schools in China's more developed cities have implemented the teaching mode of implementing the student's option system in physical education.However,there are fewer schools implementing the student's option system in junior middle school PE courses and the related literature is not much..In September 2016,Chongqing Renhe Middle School implemented a student options system in accordance with its own conditions in the context of existing venue equipment.This article investigates the teaching mode of the students' option system in the physical education class of Chongqing Renhe Middle School through the methods of literature materials,questionnaires,interviews,tests,etc.,and analyzes the teaching effect of the student's option system in the physical education of the school.The implementation of the specific issues in the process and put forward reasonable suggestions,in order to promote the implementation of the student option system in Chongqing junior middle school physical education curriculum to provide a reference for the promotion of physical education curriculum in primary and secondary schools to provide a realistic basis.Concluded as follow:1 After the student option system was implemented in Chongqing Renhe Middle School PE course,more than 70% of the teachers and students were satisfied with the satisfaction survey.The students' performance test scores were getting better and better,with a score of B and C.In most cases,the students with grade E gradually decreased;the qualified rate of students' physical fitness,compared with passing and failing,P was less than 0.05,with significant differences.After the implementation of the student's option system in sports,most of the teachers and students expressed satisfaction and the students' motor skills were effectively improved,and the fitness qualification rate increased significantly.2 After the implementation of the student option system in Chongqing Renhe Middle School P.E.,the number of students participating in extra-curricular activities increased,with 80.6% of students indicating that they regularly perform extra-curricular physical exercises,and the scores achieved by the school's sports teams in various competitions The improvement was well received by other school teachers and parents.3 After implementing the student option system in Chongqing Renhe Middle School Physical Education,there will be many problems in the course of practice that need to be studied and resolved step by step.If the students are blind when they choose to do so,there is a serious phenomenon of group huddle.There are a large number of basketball,soccer,and badminton events,and track and martial arts are relatively few.
