The problem of students’ academic burden,the problem of parents’ supervision and education after school,and the problem of students’ health are the hot issues concerned by all circles of society in recent years.In order to solve these problems,the policy of "double reduction" has been implemented,among which after-school service has become the focus of social attention.As one of the main contents of after-school service,sports after-school service plays an important role in cultivating students’ sports hobbies,enriching students’ sports activities,cultivating students’ will quality and enhancing students’ physique.However,at the present stage,the evaluation content of after-school sports service is still in the process of improvement,and the evaluation means are also in continuous exploration,so the existing effect evaluation is still a little insufficient in terms of the system and integrity.Therefore,the research of establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of after-school physical education service has important theoretical significance and practical exploration value for promoting the development of after-school physical education service and effectively promoting students’ physical health.This study takes Xi ’an primary school PE after-school service under the background of "double reduction" as the research object,and refers to the domestic policy documents related to PE after-school service and the research ideas of basic education related evaluation index system.In this paper,literature data method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics method and other research methods are adopted for analysis.This paper uses analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation index system of after-school PE service in Xi ’an primary school,and determines the weight of each index.On this basis,taking Xiguan No.1 Primary School in Lianhu District of Xi ’an as the empirical object,the paper investigates and evaluates its after-school sports service by means of questionnaire.In view of the problems existing in after-school sports service,combined with the theoretical basis for in-depth discussion and analysis.Specific conclusions are as follows:1.This study under the background of "double minus" implementation,refer to the relevant policy documents,according to the evaluation index system theory,build the rationality and scientific nature of the xi’an elementary school physical education service evaluation index system,including service atmosphere,service guarantee,service execution and service effect four dimensions as a level index,12 secondary index and 27 level 3 indicators.2.According to a series of steps of hierarchical analysis method,this study also borrowed yaahp10.3 decision software to calculate the weight value and consistency proportion CR value of each index <0.1.The weight value of the first-level index is the Service background(0.1043),service guarantee(0.2270),service execution(0.3468),and service effect(0.3219).Among them,the weight value of service execution is the highest,0.3468,indicating that this is the key link to ensure the implementation of service after physical education,should be paid attention to this as the core.3.To verify the xi ’an primary school physical education service evaluation index system whether can effectively evaluate xi’ an primary school after physical education service,this study adopts fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of xi ’an lotus lake district xiguan first primary school evaluation,through school evaluation,students’ parents evaluation,the results show that the school self-evaluation and students,parents evaluation results are good,shows that the construction of xi ’an elementary school physical education service evaluation index system can effectively evaluation under the background of "double minus" xi’ an primary school after physical education service.4.Through the demonstration of the physical education service in Xiguan No.1 Primary School in Xi’an,it is found that the overall implementation of the physical education service in the school is good,but there are also some problems:the safety of service after physical education;limitations in the content and form of service after physical education;parents have cognitive deviation of after-school service after physical education. |
