The 21 st century is the century of the ocean.Going to the ocean is the inevitable choice of mankind and the only way to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Strengthening the cultivation of Marine Consciousness among senior high school students is an important foundation for China's development of the marine industry and the construction of a Ocean Power.As the main position of Marine Consciousness Education,high school geography must shoulder the heavy responsibility of Marine Consciousness Education.However,Marine Education involves a wide range,and is difficult to be integrated into high school geography classroom comprehensively and systematically.Therefore,from the perspective of high school geography education,this paper explores the current situation of high school students' ocean awareness education,constructs the content system of ocean awareness education,and puts forward the implementation and strategy suggestions.Based on the above research ideas,this research can be divided into three parts:First,based on literature analysis,this paper tries to clarify the relationship between high school geography and ocean awareness education on the basis of collating and summarizing a large number of relevant literatures,and clarifies the connotation of "ocean awareness" in high school geography teaching from the three aspects of curriculum concept,goal and content of the new General High School Geography Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)Second,based on the questionnaire survey method,network data collection method and statistical analysis method,this paper adopts Marine research institute of Beijing university published "national ocean consciousness questionnaire",of the Guangxi zhuang autonomous region,Guangdong,Fujian,Zhejiang,Shandong,Jiangsu province,6 provincial key middle school high school students to investigate,obtain 300 valid questionnaire responses received.Based on Baidu search data of ocean keywords of high school students in six provinces,three problems are found in the development of ocean awareness of high school students:(1)the development of ocean awareness of high school students is increasing,but there is a problem of polarization;(2)There are "bright subjects" and "weak links" in the development of Marine awareness among senior high school students.(3)High school students have high cognitive level and low participation in the development of ocean consciousness.The reason is that the traditional thought of "attaching importance to land and light on sea",the proportion of Marine Education courses is low,and the form and intensity of Marine Education are limited.Thirdly,based on the New Curriculum Standard,this paper first defines the basic concepts,basic goals and basic principles of Marine Education.Then it analyzes the content about ocean consciousness in the high school geography curriculum standard,and finds that it attaches importance to the relationship between human and sea,but the content about ocean consciousness accounts for less,and the type of ocean consciousness is not comprehensive.Finally,according to the connotation of ocean consciousness,the current situation and problems of ocean consciousness of senior high school students,and the evaluation index system of national ocean consciousness,this paper tries to establish the content requirements of ocean consciousness education at three levels: "ocean basic learning","ocean development learning" and "ocean expansion learning".And around the geography discipline ability index,develop the the subject ability of ocean awareness education,on this basis constitute the academic quality standard,thus systematically construct the content system of marine consciousness education.Finally,it summarizes the implementation suggestions of marine consciousness education from two aspects of teaching and evaluation suggestions and textbook compilation suggestions,mainly including understanding the connotation of the Marine Consciousness,emphasis on problem-based teaching,strengthen the practice,deepen the information technology application,conducting multiple evaluation system,and recommended the compilers should grasp the following three aspects:reflecting the concept of marine consciousness education,showing the characteristics of activity-based curriculum,and enriching the path of educational informatization,so as to provide reference for geography teachers to carry out the ocean consciousness education and direction.
