The 21 st century is "the century of the ocean",China is a maritime power,and the influence of the ocean on China's political,economic,cultural and other discoveries is increasing.Facing the severe test of the current international maritime situation,China has put forward the strategy of "maritime power",all aspects of society will raise awareness of the ocean,However,national ocean awareness is not optimistic!Cultivation and promotion of national marine consciousness is the basis for developing and developing the ocean.To improve the marine consciousness of the masses,we must start with students.At present,although the development of marine activities has attracted the attention of most regions,there is still a lack of guidelines for clear educational goals in implementation.School-museum cooperation is a way to enhance students' consciousness and knowledge by using experiential teaching methods.It enters the marine education classroom of middle schools,combines library-school cooperation and marine education activities,and explores the guiding goal system of marine education activities.It is a good way to implement the strategy of "sea power" in education.Based on the educational goal classification system,this article constructs marine education goals under museum-school cooperation,and combines the concept of reverse teaching design,taking the National Marine Museum as an example to design marine activities,implement educational goals,and check the effectiveness.It includes the following four parts:Firstly,using literature research,by summarizing the research status and achievements of “Marine Education” and “Museum-School Cooperation” at home and abroad,the author finds that there are many achievements in the design of education activities in museums and schools,but less research combined with marine education.Secondly,the questionnaire survey was used to investigate the marine education activities of high school geography teachers.The results show that teachers have a high degree of recognition for the marine activities of school-museum cooperation,but the overall frequency of marine activities is less and the teachers are autonomous.The awareness of design activities is not high,and the level of venue resources utilization is low,but the recognition of the cooperation between libraries and schools to carry out marine activities is high.Thirdly,on the basis of the above research,based on the theory of educational goal classification system,ecological education theory,and constructivism theory,a marine education activity goal system model under museum-school cooperation is established to clarify the main goals of the active community and the knowledge,emotion,will,and behavioral goals guide the practice of activities.finally,based on the understanding by design and case analysis method,the marine education activity target system under the cooperation of library and school is constructed,and the National Oceanographic Museum is taken as an example to design activities.Using the interdisciplinary methods of geography,biology,and history,the specific strategies and cases of marine education under the school-museumcooperation are given.Anyway,through the overall model construction of the marine education activity target system under the school-museum cooperation,it will help to promote the implementation of interdisciplinary core literacy in marine activities,promote deep learning,improve the construction of library school alliance teachers,and develop the curriculum of the National Oceanographic Museum Resources have certain practical significance and research value.However,But this study is not used in teaching because of less time.In the future,on the basis of practice,I will try the application of the marine education target system in other subject.
