Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Stable COPD (lung-kidney Qi Deficiency Type) With Duqi Pill And Shenha San

Purpose:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Duqi pill combined with shengesan Decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients with lung kidney qi deficiency in stable stage.Material and method:From September 2018 to February 2020,116 patients with COPD in stable stage(lung kidney qi deficiency type)were recruited from the respiratory department of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine.After strict screening,116 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with individualized conventional basic treatment,and the observation group was treated with Duqi pill and Shenge powder on the basis of conventional basic treatment of the control group.The treatment course of the two groups was 4 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,lung ventilation function index(FEV1% PRED,FEV1 / FVC%),dyspnea score,cat score and 6MWD were compared between the two groups.Excel was used to establish the database,and spss25.0 software was used for data statistical analysis and calculation.Results:1.106 cases were included in this trial,54 cases in the observation group and 52 cases in the control group.There was no significant difference in gender,age,smoking history,disease severity,course of disease and other baseline data between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).3.The observation group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of shortness of breath(P < 0.05);The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).4.The observation group was better than the control group in reducing FEV1% PRED,reducing MMRC score and increasing 6MWD(P < 0.05).The improvement of FEV1/FVC% and the decrease of cat score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.01).5.There were no adverse reactions during the treatment,so the two groups of treatment methods are safe and reliable.Conclusion:1.Duqi pill combined with Shenge powder can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score of COPD patients with lung and kidney qi deficiency in stable stage,improve the total effective rate,effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve health status.2.The modified Duqi pill and Shenge powder significantly reduced cat and MMRC scores and increased 6MWD,so as to improve the degree of dyspnea and exercise endurance;Obviously improve the pulmonary ventilation function,so as to improve the quality of life.
