Observation On The Effect Of Duqi Pill And Bufei Decoction On The Effect Of Small Airway Function In The Treatment Of Stable COPD

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Duqi pill combined with Bufei Decoction on stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Material and method:A total of 100 patients with COPD who were admitted to the respiratory department of the affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2017 to March 2019 were selected.Patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional regimens,and the observation group was treated with duqi pills and lung-tonic decoction on the basis of conventional regimens.The course of treatment for both groups was 12 weeks.Before the course of treatment,6 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment,the improvement of TCM syndrome,the effect of small airway ventilation(MEF50,MEF25,mmef75/25),pulse oscillation(r5-r20,Fres)were compared between the two groups.SPSS 24.0 and PASS11 were used for data calculation and analysis.Results: 1.There were no statistically significant differences in CAT score,6MWT count,TCM syndrome score,routine pulmonary ventilation function,small airway function and pulse concussion between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.After 12 weeks of treatment,the 6MWT count,routine pulmonary ventilation function(FEV1,FEV1/FVC,fev1% pred),small airway function(MEF50,MEF25,mmef75/25)and pulse concussion(R5-R20,Fres)of the two groups were all improved,but the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3After 12 weeks of treatment,the CAT score and quantitative score of TCM syndrome in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was better than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Duqi pill and bufei decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with pulmonary and kidney qi deficiency syndrome of COPD in stable period and improve the quality of life.2.Duqi pill and bufei decoction can effectively improve the pulmonary small airway flow rate and flow rate function as well as the routine pulmonary ventilation function in patients with pulmonary and kidney qi deficiency syndrome of COPD at stable period;3.Duqi pill and bufei decoction can effectively improve the exercise endurance of patients with pulmonary and kidney qi deficiency syndrome of COPD in stable period and improve their clinical symptoms.
