Clinical Observation Of Zi-Shen-Yi-Fei Decoction In Treating Stable Stage Of COPD (Deficiency Of Lung And Kidney Qi And Yin) And Its Effect In Serum IL-17

Objective:To observe the effects of ZI-SHEN-YI-FEI Decoction on TCM syndromes,CAT scores and serum IL-17 levels in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable stage(deficiency of Qi and Yin in Lung and Kidney),and to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Methods:Choose from the Department of Respiratory Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May to December 2018.It meets the criteria for the diagnosis of Western medicine in the stable period of COPD and the syndrome differentiation standard of TCM(Deficiency of Qi and Yin in Lung and Kidney).Randomized digital table method was used to divide patients into control group and treatment group,35 cases in each group.Among them,34 cases were actually completed in the treatment group(1 case was exacerbated due to acute exacerbation);the control group actually completed 33 cases(1One patient was lost to follow-up,one patient was not removed according to the prescribed medication,and a total of 67 effective cases were collected.The treatment group was treated with Zishen Yifei Decoction(150 ml each time,twice a day),and the control group was treated with salmeterol and ticatica powder inhalation(1 inhalation,2 times a day)for 8 weeks.The changes of TCM symptoms and CAT scores before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.The changes of serum IL-17 levels before and after treatment were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:1.The total effective rate was 91.18% in the treatment group and 81.82%in the control group.The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P< 0.05).2.The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were improved after treatment(P< 0.05);the treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).3.The CAT scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);and the CAT scores of the treatment group were lower than the control group(P< 0.05).4.The serum IL-17 levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.ZI-SHEN-YI-FEI Decoction can improve the symptoms of cough,wheezing,shortness of breath and fatigue in patients with stable COPD(lung kidney qi and yin deficiency syndrome).2.ZI-SHEN-YI-FEI Decoction can reduce the CAT score of patients with stable COPD(lung kidney qi and yin deficiency syndrome).3.ZI-SHEN-YI-FEI Decoction can reduce the serum IL-17 level in patients with stable COPD(lung kidney qi and yin deficiency syndrome).4.There were no abnormalities in safety indicators during the treatment of the two groups,suggesting that the application of Zishen Yifei Decoction in the treatment of patients with stable COPD(pulmonary kidney qi and yin deficiency syndrome)is safe and reliable.
