Clinical Observation On 60 Cases Of Children Allergic Rhinitis With Deficiency Of Lung And Kidney Qi Treated By Yupingfeng Powder And Shen’ge Powder

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of addition and subtraction of Yupingfeng Powdercombined with Shenge Powder in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with syndrome of deficiency of lung and kidney in children.To enrich the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.To provide clinical basis for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children with addition and subtraction of Yupingfeng Powdercombined with Shenge Powder.Method:Total of 60 children with allergic rhinitis who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group,according to the principle of random grouping.The treatment group was given addition and subtraction of Yupingfeng Powder combined with Shenge Powder orally.The control group was given Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray(NeiShuNa)orally.4 weeks is a course of treatment.Parents of children were given detailed nursing guidance during the duration of treatment.Observe the therapeutic effect respectively according to symptom integral and sign integral of children after 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment.And observe the safety indexes by blood routine and Blood biochemistry.The recurrence was followed up three months after treatment.Result:After one week of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 59.26%,the effective rate of the control group was 39.28%.After two weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,of which 51.85%is effective and 48.15%is remarkable;the effective rate of the control group was 100%,of which 96.43%was effective and 3.5%was remarkable.After four weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,of which 0%was effective,48.15%was markedly effective and 51.85%was cured;the effective rate of the control group was 100%,of which 7.14%was effective,96.43%was markedly effective and 0%were cured.Follow-up after 3 months showed that the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 14.81%and that in the control group was 39.29%.Conclusion:1.Addition and subtraction of Yupingfeng Powder combined with Shenge Powder are better than Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray(NeiShuNa).2.In the treatment of symptoms and signs,there is no significant difference between Yupingfeng Powder combined with Shenge Powder and Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray(NeiShuNa).But,in the treatment of Traditional Chinese Medici syndromes,Yupingfeng powder combined with Shenji powder is significantly better than Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray(NeiShuNa)only orally.3.The recurrence rate of Yupingfeng powder combined with Shenji powder was significantly lower than that of Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray(NeiShuNa)alone.
