| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Shenqi Pill combined with Shenclam Powder on chronic obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)patients with deficiency of Kidney Qi and its effect on immune function.Methods: The 60 patients who conform to the COPD comprehensive evaluation group were selected as group C,and were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method:Control group(30cases)and treatment group(30 cases).Control group(Seretide)and treatment group(Shenqi pill and shenge powder+Seretide),60 cases each.Control group treated with sultidide inhalation for 30 days,In the treatment group,in addition to the sulidide inhalation,Shenqi pill and shenge powder were taken.one dose per day.Data of the Chinese medicine symptom score,Immunological index(Ig A,Ig G,Ig M,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+),First-second Forced Expiratory Volume in the(FEV1),Forced Vital Capacity(FVC),and the changing ratio between the FEV1/FVC were recorded before and after treatment for the statistical analysis.Results:1.TCM syndromes integral: compared with the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96,the total effective rate of the control group was 833,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05),the two groups of patients cough,expectoration,wheezing,The score of short breath was lower than that of before treatment(P < 0.05),the decrease of treatment group was better than that of control group(P < 0.05),and the chilling limbs and the score of pain and soft of waist and knee were also decreased in the treatment group,and there was statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).2.In the aspect of the immunologic function index:The immunoglobulin level in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of CD3,CD4 and CD8 in peripheral blood T lymphocytes before treatment.In the treatment group,after treatment the CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ ratio increased significantly,and the ratio of CD4 / CD8 was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).3.In the aspect of the Pulmonary Function index:there was no difference of FEVl,FVC,FEVl/FVC in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).In the treatment group FEVl and FVC were better than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion(s):Shenqi pills combined with salmeterol / fluticasone powder inhalant were effective in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with deficiency of kidney qi in stable period,which could relieve the clinical symptoms and enhance the immunity of the patients.Reduce the number of acute episodes. |
