The Clinical Research Of Modified Duqi Pill In The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients In Plateau Period With Both Lung And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:Observation for the assessment of Modified Duqi Pill in the treatment of ch-ronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in plateau period with both lung and kid-ney deficiency syndrome of the influence of symptom score, BODE index, COPD Ass-essment Test(CAT) scores,to preliminary research the clinical efficacy of Modified Du-qi Pill on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in plateau period.Methods:This study choose the inclusion criteria of chronic obstructive pulmonary dise-ase stability of 60 patients with both lung and kidney deficiency syndrome,using rand-omized controlled methods,divided into the control group 30 cases,treatment group 30 cases. On the basis of the treatment with the tiotropium bromide powder inhalation, Modified Duqi Pill was taken for traditional Chinese medicine group;the control group-s were thiophene tiotropium powder for inhalation.after treatrnent,comparison the chan-ges of BMI, FEV1%, mMRC,6MWD,BODE Total Points and CAT score before and af-ter treatment.After data collection and collation,using SPSS 18.0 statistical software fo-r statistical analysis.Results:1.Comparison of efficacy and symptom scores between two groups:All the in dividual symptom scores of both groups are statistically significant (P<0.05) after treat-ment. Comparing the scores between treatment group and control group after treatmen-t, with the exception of cough, sputum, wheezing, colds, other scores differences are statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of control group is 96.42%, w-hile the total effective rate of control group is 75%.The difference of total effective r-ate between the two groups is statistically significant. The results show that the effect of the treatment group is bigger than that of the control group,especially in improvin-g fatigue, chills, waist and knees.2.Comparison of BODE index between two groups:The differences of BMI, breath-ing difficulty index,6-minute walking distance, BODE total scores of treatment group between before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05). The differenc-es of breathing difficulty index,6-minute walking distance, BODE total scores of co-ntrol group between before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05).Th-e differences of the rest are not statistically significant.After treatment, the differences of breathing difficulty index, 6-minute walking distance, BODE total scores between t-reatment group and control group is statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences of the rest are not statistically significant.It is showed that both groups can improve the breathing difficulty index,6-minute walking distance, BODE total scores, the degree of improvement of treatment group is better than the control group.3.Comparison of COPD Assessment Test(CAT) between two groups:There is signif-icant difference of CAT between both groups after treatment compared to that before t-reatment (P<0.05).There is significant difference of CAT between treatment group and control group after treatment(P<0.05).It is showed that both groups can improve the quality of patients’life, the degree of improvement of treatment group is better than t-he control group after treatment.Conclusion:The treatment of Modified Duqi Pill jointed by traditional Western medici-ne can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in plateau period with both lung and kidney deficiency syndrome.Espe-cially it can improve fatigue, chills, waist and knees and improve the quality of patie-nts’ life.
