Clinical Research Of Shenge Powder In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure (Heart And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:Apply Shenge powder on patients with Chronic heart failure(heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome)and observe the effects,including Heart function,clinical symptoms,exercise endurance,quality of life and so on.Methods:All 72 cases with Chronic heart failure were collected from October 2017 to January 2019 in Longhua hospital affiliated to Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine.These patients were randomly divided into treatment group(Shenge powder and western medicine)and control group(western medicine)and 36 each group.All patients were continuously for 12 weeks.The heart function classification,TCM syndrome score,6minutes walking test(6MWT),Lee's heart failure score and Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ)were observed before and after treatment,as well as the plasma of Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),Stroke volume,cradiac output(CO),E/A values and the level of NT-pro BNP.Results:1.The distribution of the values of LVEF were significantly different(P<0.05),and different grades of cardiac function were positively correlated with NT-pro BNP.The more serious grade of cardiac function,the higher value of NT-pro BNP.2.After treatment,the heart function classifications of each group were significantly improved(P<0.001).After treatment,the treatment group's effects of heart function classifications were significantly better than the control group,and the treatment group's total effective rate of heart function classification was significantly higher than the control group(both P<0.05).3.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of each group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The treatment group's TCM syndrome score after treatment was significantly lower than the control group,which effects of the TCM syndrome score were significantly better than the control group,which total effective rate of the TCM syndrome score was significantly higher than he control group(all P<0.05).4.After treatment,the Lee's heart failure score of each group was significantly reduced(P<0.001).The treatment group's Lee's heart failure score after treatment was significantly lower than the control group,which effects of the Lee's heart failure score were significantly better than the control group,which total effective rate of the Lee's heart failure score was significantly higher than he control group(all P<0.05).5.After treatment,the MLHFQ score of each group was significantly reduced(P<0.001).The treatment group's MLHFQ score after treatment was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).6.After treatment,the 6MWD of each group was significantly increased(P<0.001).The treatment group's 6MWD after treatment was significantly more than the control group(P<0.001).7.After treatment,the values of LVEF of each group significantly increased(P<0.001).The treatment group's value of LVEF after treatment was significantly more than the control group(P<0.001).8.After treatment,the values of SV of each group significantly increased(P<0.05).The treatment group's value of SV after treatment was significantly more than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Shenge power can effectively treat patients with chronic heart failure(heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome),which is consistent with TCM theory of "treating different diseases with the same treatment" and "treating heart,lung and kidney with the same treatment".2.It shows that Shenge powder combined western normal treatment contributes to the chronic heart failure(heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome)patient's promotion of the heart function classifications;3.It has more promotion of the TCM syndrome score,the Lee's heart failure score,the MLHFQ score and the 6MWD,and its effect may be related to the treatment time;4.It can improve patient's values of LVEF and SV.
