Effect Of Buxu Decoction And Ginseng-gecko Powder On Peripheral Blood And Colony Stimulating Factor In COPD Syndrome Of Qi Deficiency Of Lung-kidney

Objective:Through the study of clinical cases and establish experimental animal model.Rat model of COPD syndrome of qi deficiency of Lung-Kidney was established by smoking + dropping LPS + terror impariring kidney + intraperitoneal injection of amikacin.Buxu Decoction and Ginseng-Gecko Powder were used to COPD syndrome of qi deficiency of Lung-Kidney by invigorating lung and kidney,So as to improve the abnormality of COPD peripheral blood and colony stimulating factor.And further explore the role of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),to study the correlation between lung and blood in TCM.In order to provide new ideas and experimental basis for clinical treatment of respiratory diseases and related hematological diseases.Methods:According to the clinical syndrome differentiation of TCM.Choose the patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of COPD stable period and whose syndrome differentiation of TCM belongs to lung-kidney Qi deficiency syndrome with blood deficiency symptoms.According to the patients’ lung function,blood routine and other examination reports,clinical research and case analysis were carried out.Animal experiment: 78 healthy clean Wistar male rats were divided into three groups according to random number table method.Blank control group(hereinafter referred to as blank group),COPD syndrome of qi deficiency of Lung-Kidney model group(hereinafter referred to as model group),COPD syndrome of qi deficiency of Lung-Kidney treat traditional Chinese medicine group(hereinafter referred to as TCM group).There were 15 rats in blank group,35 rats in model group and 28 rats in TCM group.After 3 days of adaptive feeding in IVC cage,the model group and TCM group was made by by smoking + dropping LPS + terror impariring kidney + intraperitoneal injection of amikacin for 56 days.Amikacin was injected continuously for 21 days from the 35 th day and then transferred to metabolic cage for feeding.After that,TCM group was divided into high,middle and low concentration groups by random number table method.Each group had 7 rats.TCM decoction was given orally for 21 days to intervene.At the same time,model group and blank group were given saline orally for 21 days.During this period,rats were randomly executed at regular intervals,and the lung function,creatinine,urea nitrogen,lung and kidney pathology,blood routine,ELISA and other related indicators of rats were detected,and the data were analyzed statistically.To verify the success of the model and understand the situation of peripheral blood and colony stimulating factors.In order to study the correlation between lung and blood in TCM.Results: Clinical case analysis showed that the patients with COPD syndrome of Qi deficiency of Lung-Kidney and blood deficiency improved after treatment with TCM decoction for tonifying lung and kidney.Pulmonary function and blood routine take a turn for the better.The experimental results showed that some rats showed abnormal blood routine and colony stimulating factors after model establishment.On the 56 th day,the indexes of the model group and TMC group changed significantly compared with the blank control group.After treatment,the symptoms and related indicators of COPD rats with syndrome of Qi deficiency of Lung-Kidney and blood deficiency were improved,with statistical significance.The 56 th day,at the end of moulding,RBC,HLB and PLT in model group and TMC group were lower than those in blank group.While WBC,EPO and TPO were higher than those in blank group.It has statistical significance.The 77 th day,end with TMC decoction treatment,RBC,HLB,PLT and other indicators in TMC group were higher than those in model group,while WBC,EPO and TPO were lower than those in model group.Except EPO,they have statistical significance.Conclusion:Clinical cases showed that the symptoms and related indicators of COPD syndrome of Qi deficiency of Lung-Kidney and blood deficiency were improved after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine.Animal experiments showed that the related indicators of peripheral blood and colony stimulating factors in COPD rats with syndrome of Qi deficiency of Lung-Kidney were improved after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine.It suggested that Buxu Decoction and Ginseng-Gecko Powder could affect the peripheral blood and colony stimulating factors of COPD syndrome of Qi deficiency of Lung-Kidney through multiple ways,It is suggested that there is a correlation between lung and blood in TCM,which is worth further study and discussion.
