Clinical Observation Of Bufeijianshennaqi Pill In Treatment Of Lung-kidney Deficiency Syndrome In Stable Stage Of COPD And Its Effect On Serum IL-8 And TNF-?

Objective:To observe the effect of BuFeiJianShenNaQi pills(BFJSNQP)on TCM symptom score,CAT score,Lung function index and serum IL-8,TNF-? level in stable stage of COPD patients with lung-kidney Qi deficiency syndrome,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy,anti-inflammatory effect and safety of BFJSNQP.Methods:We were selected 80 patients with lung-kidney Deficiency Syndrome in stable phase of COPD,randomly divided into treatment group and Control Group.Among them,40 patients in treatment group,1 patient lost follow-up,39 patients actually completed,40 patients in control group,1 patient quit the trial due to the aggravation of the disease condition,actual number of completed 39.The treatment group was given oral BuFeiJianShenNaQi pills,6g/time,3 times a day,half an hour before meals.The control group was given thiamethoxam bromide powder inhalant once a day,once a time,with 18 ug per inhalation.The treatment period of both groups was 3 months.The changes of TCM symptom scores,CAT scores,Lung function index and serum IL-8 and TNF-? levels were compared before and after treatment.Results:1.The treatment in both groups could improve the patients' wheezing,shortness of breath and other clinical symptoms,and the treatment group showed more obviousimprovement than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of two groups of patients after treatment were: the treatment group was 94.87%,74.36% in control group,two groups after treatment efficacy difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),treatment group curative effect is more significant.2.The two groups after treatment in patients with CAT integral are reduced.The score reduction of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group(P < 0.05),the treatment group improve the patients quality of life more than the control group.3.The indicators of lung function VC,FVC,FEV1,FEV1% pred and FEV1/FVC% in the two groups all increased,indicating that the treatment in the two groups could improve the lung function of the patients,and the treatment group showed more significant increase in FEV1/FVC% after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group could improve the degree of airflow restriction in the patients.4.There was a statistically significant difference in serum IL-8 and TNF-? levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could reduce serum IL-8 and TNF-?.The difference in serum IL-8and TNF-? levels between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.No abnormal safety indicators were detected before and after treatment in the two groups.Conclusion:1.Bufei jianshen naqi pills can obviously improve the wheezing and shortness of breath in patients with pulmonary and kidney Qi deficiency syndrome in COPD stabilized period,and the curative effect is significant.2.BuFeiJianShenNaQi pills has obvious advantages in improving the qualityof life of patients with stable COPD.3.BuFeiJianShenNaQi pills can improve the degree of airflow limitation in COPD patients.4.BuFeiJianShenNaQi pills can reduce the level of IL-8 and TNF-? in peripheral blood,reduce airway inflammation.5.BuFeiJianShenNaQi pills is safe and effective.
