In recent years, with the rapid economic development in Tibet Autonomous Region, the competition for talents in various industries in the region is becoming increasingly fierce. The improvement of the economic level in Tibet Autonomous Region has put forward higher requirements for the work of public institutions.Hospitals,as the representatives of public institutions, belong to a special group of medical staff, who receive an endless stream of patients every day.The overloaded workload causes them to work under pressure over time.In a stressful working environment for a long time, due to the increasing work pressure and mental stress, medical staff gradually have a sense of tiredness to work. The occurrence of job burnout is not conducive to the development of hospital work and even hinders the development of local medical and health services. Therefore, this paper takes the medical staff in the People's Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region as the research object, deeply analyzes the current situation of medical staff burnout and its main influencing factors, and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,in order to effectively alleviate the state of medical staff burnout. This paper firstly summarizes and sorts out the domestic and foreign literature research and related theories on job burnout, designs a survey questionnaire on this basis, and obtains sample data in the form of offline field visit and research.SPSS19.0 was used to conduct statistical analysis on the sample data, and the data analysis results showed as follows: First, the overall degree of job burnout of the medical staff in the People's Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region was relatively low, among which76.92% of the staff were mild job burnout, while the proportion of severe job burnout was 2.75%;Secondly,through difference analysis and regression analysis,it is found that personal factors and organizational factors have a significant impact on the overall job burnout of medical staff,as well as the dimensions of "work attitude","job achievement" and "emotional exhaustion".Thirdly, there are significant differences in "emotional exhaustion","work attitude" and "overall job burnout" among medical staff with different working years, different monthly income and unorganized medical staff.Among them, the burnout of medical staff with the working years of 1-3 years and more than 10 years is more serious. The higher the average monthly income, the lower the degree of job burnout; The degree of occupational burnout of organized medical staff was significantly lower than that of unorganized medical staff. Finally, combining with the results of data analysis, from the personal level for medical staff to develop a reasonable career planning and properly deal with the relationship between work and life and other aspects of the suggestions and countermeasures; From the organizational level,it puts forward some measures to reduce the work load of medical staff, improve the salary and welfare, and improve the medical facilities and office conditions.Suggestions are put forward from the social level, such as strengthening the safety protection of hospital working environment and improving the social status of medical staff, which can improve the current situation of job burnout to a certain extent, enhance the sense of security of medical staff, and ensure the improvement of working enthusiasm of medical staff. The conclusion of this study is helpful to alleviate the occupational burnout of medical staff in Tibet Autonomous Region and promote the development of local medical and health service.
