Objective: To investigate the basic situation of occupational stress,job burnout and mental illness among classified personnel in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region provincial universities,to explore the influencing factors of occupational stress and job burnout among secret personnel,so as to provide intervention measures for reducing occupational stress,job burnout and improving working ability of classified personnel.Methods: a questionnaire and an electronic questionnaire were used to collect data.The general demographic questionnaire,MBI-GS job burnout scale,effort reward imbalance questionnaire,self rating symptom questionnaire SCL-90 questionnaire in 548 classified staff medical staff in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region provincial colleges and universities in the recruitment of more than 1 years.Results:1.548 questionnaires were issued,and 527 valid questionnaires were collected.The recovery rate was 96.17%(527/548).2.job burnout research results show that the total score of job burnout of classified personnel is 117.55±16.27,the emotional exhaustion score is 30.59±4.44,and the cynical score is 56.22±8.03,and the occupational efficacy score is 114.32± 16.25.There are significant factors of ethnic,cultural degree,work time,title,administrative duties,marital status,income,interpersonal relationship,in the office,office environment,workload,week overtime,units of your job seriously,how the masses of you post the understanding degree,influence,work to family and labor remuneration whether the promotion or development opportunities,whether it is fair,there is no explicit incentive mechanism,incentive mechanism is reasonable,labor relations(P < 0.05).3.occupational stress study showed that 23.19± 3.96,33.50±3.92,overload 19.41±3.17,the return was 1.29±0.27.There were 444 subjects in the non high pay low reward group,accounting for 15.7%,and the high pay low reward group had 83 subjects,accounting for84.3%.The office of education,age,work time,administrative duties,monthly income,child age factors such as interpersonal relationship,office environment,daily work,weekovertime overtime,the unit frequency,week in your professional degree of attention,and how to influence the work to family promotion or development opportunities are fair and have no incentive mechanism clearly,the incentive mechanism is reasonable and other factors was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.degree of psychological disease research results show that: the total score of mental health questionnaire is 152.15 + 55.63,no self mental illness in 271 people,accounting for 51.4%;171 people with mild mental illness self,self psychological disease accounted for 32.4%;moderate accounted for16.1%.Conclusion: 1.The job burnout and job stress of secret personnel are higher than those of general occupation,and more than 80% of the respondents are in job burnout and occupational stress.2.administrative duties,marital status,income,work overtime,day,week,people understand the importance of unit of its duty,influence,work to family and labor remuneration is consistent,whether fair promotion opportunities,no explicit incentive mechanism,incentive mechanism is reasonable,labor relations,and pay return is the influence factors of job burnout on the job.3.age,interpersonal relationship,office daily work week,the weekly overtime,overtime rate,unit in your professional degree of attention to the influence on their families,there is no clear incentives,incentive mechanism is reasonable is the influence factors of occupation tension.
