Research On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Promoting The Combination Of Medical Care And Pension Service In Zhaoyang District Of Zhaotong City

With the deepening of the world’s aging population,my country’s age structure is gradually showing the characteristics of "wide in the middle and narrow at the two en ds".The combination of medical and nursing is an inevitable choice for an aging soci ety.How to effectively integrate the pension and medical resources has become the fo cus and hot issue of current society.In recent years,the state has issued a series of pol icies to vigorously promote the integration of medical and nursing care,clarifying "ac celerating the construction of an integrated medical and nursing care system for elderl y care,focusing on the development of home community elderly care services,and en hancing the capacity and level of rural elderly care services,and encouraging elderly care institutions to set up medical services and include " Medical insurance coverage "and other content,aiming to get through the " last mile " of health and old-age care,cre ate an old-age service model that integrates medical treatment,health care,and rehabi litation,continuously improve the happiness index of the elderly,and allow the elderl y having a sense of support in old age."Based on the theory of polycentric governance and privatization,this paper analyzes the two types of medical support in Zhaoyang District,Zhaotong City,by collecting and sorting out the previous literature research data,on the basis of defining the concepts of medical support combination,pension service and pension model Combined with the current situation of the elderly care service,this paper reveals the existing problems of the combination of medical care and elderly care service in Zhaoyang District,and on this basis,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the combination of medical care and elderly care service in Zhaoyang District.The author hopes to provide reference for other medical and nursing integration pilot projects in Yunnan Province,and improve the public service supply level of medical and nursing integration.
