Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The New Rural Cooperative Medical In Sucheng District,suqian City

As an important part of the rural medical and health development,in ten years,the new rural cooperative medical system(NCMS)become the basic framework of the development of basic medical and health services in rural areas of our country,the efficient operation of the new rural cooperative medical system helps to improve the ability of rural people against the risk of disease.The NCMS contains a lot of interests,is a complex system,this system need to constantly sum up experience and explore the law,to provide more effective and more reasonable and more scientific health and medical security for the majority of rural residents.This paper analyzes the current development of the NCMS in Sucheng district at present through questionnaire,put forward the factors restricting the development and the countermeasures and suggestions for scientific development of the NCMS in Sucheng through the analysis.The paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of The NCMS.To solve the problems in the development process of The NCMS,we should perfect the propaganda mechanism,ensure the safety of fund operation,strengthen supervision,further enhance the support capability,enhance the ability of primary health care services,build a nationwide new rural cooperative medical information platform construction,promote the integration of the basic medical insurance system for urban and rural residents.
