Background:There is a growing awareness within medicine that physicians are at high risk for burnout, which can't be neglect for its serious effects to health professionals and their patients even to our social. Especially, grassroots hospital medical person work task and they often go up in physical strength and energy than superior hospital medical personnel to greater pressure. their psychological pressure is the interaction of multiple factors complex system.At present,the research about mental health and job burnout on grassroots hospital medical person reported rarely. So the current necessary to this group, the physical and mental health of the characteristics and deal with problems, social support, life event and the relevant factors were stress analysis of investigation and study. Probe into this group, the causes of job burnout, seeking to overcome burnout method, has become the important problem in the studying of medical groups.Objective:Through the investigation of JiLin province grassroots hospital medical personnel mental health, job burnout and related factors, to understand the group peoples' psychological health, job burnout characteristics and the influencing factors, gaining experience from the studying of the medical community job burnout and mental health problems, Providing reference of prevention and further intervention measures.Methods:The questionnaire of The fourth national health services survey of community health service center, township/street hospital and The fourth national health services survey of community health service station, village clinic. Structured questionnaires including Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), The data were analyzed though the statistical method such as factor analyses, t test. Pearson's correlation. Results:1.Total investigation number of basic-level medical institutions of JiLin Province is 1306. There are 1192 valid questionnaires of recovered, the effective response rate is 91.27%2.There were no statistically significant differences in the factor of marital status with regard to job burnout. And in age, and technical post, health behavior, bad habits, etc are statistically significant differences.3. The two dimensions of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization were significant positive correlation with mental health.Personal accomplishment was negatively correlated with mental health.Conclusions:1. The grassroots hospital personnel general mental health is poorer, high degree of job burnout2. Demographic characteristics factors including:years old, the title of a technical post, degree, somatic health and hurtful habits ofthe physicians are the issue that influencing physician burnout in.3. The strong social support can alleviated experience of job burnout.
