Nowadays,people's health demand is increasing day by day,the contradiction between the society's rising health demand and the relative shortage of medical resources is becoming increasingly prominent.In this environment,medical staff work under great pressure,and the phenomenon of job burnout is constantly produced.Not only does it cause physical and mental harm to individual health workers,but it also has a pernicious impact on the health care system as a whole.Based on the three-dimension job burnout theory and the public governance theory,this study investigated the current situation and existing problems of job burnout of medical staff in Nanjing public hospitals,and on the basis of specific understanding of the actual situation of job burnout of medical staff and stressors,From the perspectives of public management under demand hierarchy theory and equity theory analysis of the causes of job burnout among medical staff and put forward relevant measures,for the health administrative department and the public medical institutions to make health care management policies and measures,improve the quality of medical services,to purify the environment to provide the reference basis of practice of a medical health,promote the healthy development of the health,To meet the growing health needs of the people.In this study,literature research,quantitative research and qualitative research were used.Quantitative research applied MBI scale to study the three main dimensions of job burnout.The survey method mainly adopted stratified random sampling survey and applied burnout related scale to analyze the job burnout status of medical personnel.The research data was mainly processed and analyzed by SPSS22.0 software.Qualitative research mainly adopts personnel interview method to interview relevant personnel and conduct classified summary analysis.Investigation found that nanjing public hospital medical staff job burnout exists generally,public hospital medical staff job burnout symptoms and changeful,factors influencing the present diversity,job satisfaction and stress is closely related to job burnout,social support will help ease the job burnout,the medical staff coping styles have important effects on job burnout.Then,the causes of occupational burnout of medical staff in Nanjing public hospitals are deeply analyzed from four aspects,including the government macro level,social meso level,institutional micro level and medical staff individual level.Finally,in order to reduce occupational burnout of medical staff and improve career satisfaction,countermeasures and suggestions that can be taken are put forward from four aspects: guarantee and support from the government,publicity and popularization from the society,improvement and optimization from the hospital,and adaptation and change from the individual.
