Clinical Observation Of Qingzhifang Sitz Bath In The Treatment Of Postoperative Complications Of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingzhi prescription Sitz bath in the treatment of common postoperative complications in patients with mixed hemorrhoids,and to provide the basis for the promotion of Qingzhi prescription.Methods:The 70 cases that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into 35 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group.The treatment group took the Qingzhi prescription Sitz bath,and the control group took the potassium permanganate Sitz bath.All patients took the Sitz bath on the second day after surgery.The pain and edema on the 1st,2nd,3rd,5th and 7th day after operation were recorded and observed,and the wound healing time after discharge was followed up.The adverse effects during the study were also observed and the safety was finally evaluated.Results:There was no difference in the comparison of gender,age,duration of disease,and number of incisions between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no difference in the comparison of pain between patients on postoperative day 1 and 2(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in pain on the 3rd,5th,and 7th day after operation(P<0.05).The pain effect evaluation on the 7th day,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative edema occurred in the two groups.The treatment group had 23 cases of edema and 12 cases of non-edema.The control group had 3 2 cases of edema and 3 cases of non-edema.The incidence of edema in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the number of edema between the two groups on the 1st,2nd and 3rd day after operation(P>0.05),but there was difference on the 5th and 7th day after operation(P<0.05).There was no difference between the two groups in the early stage of treatment.In the middle and late stage of treatment,the edema in the treatment group was less than that in the control group.In terms of edema score,the edema scores were compared on the 1st and 2nd day after operation(P>0.05),and on the 3rd,5th,and 7th day after operation(P<0.05),the degree of edema in the treatment group was lower than the control group in the middle and late treatment period.The degree of edema in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group in the middle and late treatment period.In terms of wound healing time,the average healing time of the treatment group was 15.23±2.04 days,the average healing time of the control group was 17.69±2.68 days(P<0.05),and the healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group.Conclusion:The Qingzhi prescription can effectively prevent and relieve postoperative anal pain and edema of mixed hemorrhoids and promote the healing of wounds,and is safe and effective without adverse effects,so it is worth promoting.
