Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Nifansan Sitz Bath In The Treatment Of Postoperative Edema Of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Purpose:The analysis of clinical efficacy of Xiaofan pulvis sitz bath treatment postoperative edema of mixed hemorrhoids,and explore its mechanism of action.Material and method:The data of this study were from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Liaoning anorectal Hospital)from January 2016 in June 2017.A total of 120 hospitalized patients were in accordance with the criteria for inclusion and the criteria for the diagnosis of edema after mixed hemorrhoids.The selected patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Xiaofan pulvis bath treatment,2 times a day,Before conventional dressing,40 g Xiaofan pulvis adding 1000 ml boiling water,fully cooked,when the temperature of water is reduced to 38 degrees C-42 C,sitting in the basin from 5 to 10 minutes,the affected part completely submerged in the liquid,then the conventional treatment process.The control group was treated with Potassium Permanganate solution(1:5000)bath treatment,2 times a day,the Potassium Permanganate 0.4g 2000 ml dissolved in warm water(the water temperature is at 38 degrees C-42 C),the ratio of 1:5000 into Potassium Permanganate solution,sitting in the basin from 5 to 10 minutes,the affected part completely submerged in the liquid,treated with the same treatment group.The two groups were all ten days as a course of treatment.The two groups were all ten days as a course of treatment.The scores of edema and pain in the two groups before and third,seventh,tenth days after treatment were recorded.The total time of edema regression and wound healing time in the two groups were observed,and the overall efficacy in two groups after a course of treatment was observed.Results: 1 After a course of treatment,the scores of edema and pain in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P < 0.05).2 Compared with the control group,the treatment group had an obvious advantage over the control group in reducing the edema and pain(P < 0.05).The treatment group was compared with the control group in promoting the disappearance of edema and the healing of the wound.The results were statistically different(P < 0.05).3 After a course of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.6%,whichwas better than 85% of the control group(P < 0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion: Xiaofan pulvis bath treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative edema,edema,reduce postoperative pain,edema,promote wound healing,a Potassium Permanganate 1:5000 solution has obvious advantages,is safe and effective,worthy of promotion.
