Objective:To explore the acceptance of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after milliganmorgan hemorrhoidectomy, in the period of postoperative recovery, The use of Chinese medicine named hemorrhoid washing powder, there are two kinds of treatment of fumigation and sitz bath, seeking quality of two kinds of treatment methods and optimum combination scheme, improving the operation effect.Methods:Will meet the inclusion criteria and 80 patients after screening, were randomly divided into the observation groupnamed A, B, C, D.It was observed in the A group on the first day after operation, daily use of 1500ml hot water immersion hemorrhoid washing powder 30g,The first incision fumigation on the anus for 10-15 minutes, until the water temperature is appropriate, and then immersed in liquid in the sitz bath anal 20-30 minutes.The observation group B of anal sitz bath, no anus fumigation.The observation group C only on anus fumigation, no anal sitz bath.The observation group D not on anal bath, and no anal fumigation.In third days, sixth days and ninth days after surgery, the doctor will count the patient’s anus incisional pain degree,edema of anal incision,anus wound secretion,the growth of anal wound granulation.and the healing time of anal incision,Patients’subjective feelings score, hospital stay days,number of patients with surgical incision healing。Results:after third days and sixth days after operation, observation group A in anus incisional pain degree,anus wound secretion and incision anal edemawere significantly better than the other three groups, there was obvious difference (P<0.05);In the growth of the anal incision granulation, only third days after the operation was better than the other three groups, and there was obvious difference (P<0.05);The observation group B and group C after third days and sixth days after operation,in the anal pain was better than the observation group D, there was obvious difference (P< 0.05); the observation group D and C was only third days after the operation, the anus wound secretion was significantly better than the observation group D;In the anal incision edema degree, observation group C was significantly better than the observation group B(P<0.05);The three observation groups A 、B and C are in the healing time of anal incisionwas significantly better than the observation group D (P< 0.05), and the observation group A in which more than the other three groups (P< 0.05);The subjective feelings of patients were significantly better than that of group D in A group(P< 0.05).But the four groups of patients in hospital days have no significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:In patients with mixed hemorrhoid postoperative recovery period,The combined use of fumigation and bath have the best clinical results, can improve the curative effect, reduce postoperative complications, reduce pain, improve the evaluation of surgical patients,this method used earlier, postoperative effect is better, So the relevant treatment methods and drugs worth popularizing in anorectal diseases.
