| ObjectiveMixed hemorrhoid is a common disease of anorectal surgery.Surgery is the main treatment for the ?,? degree hemorrhoids.However,due to surgical trauma,reasons for anesthesia,postoperative defecation,dressing change,postoperative scar,fecal impaction and rectum,postoperative infection and other factors,postoperative complications may be occurred,including anal pain,anal edema,anal bulge,etc.At present,the treatment methods of postoperative complications include oral medication and topical medication,such as oral alvenor tablet,oral melilotus extract tablet,topical sitz bath with high potassium acid solution,topical hemorrhoid suppository,topical hemorrhoid detoxification ointment,topical infrared irradiation,hot compress,acupoint plaster etc.In addition,there are traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture techniques.Although above methods can achieve certain curative effect,but the effect is differ.Laser sitz bath as a new treatment method,its main applications is a semiconductor laser.which functions is combined with hot water with sitz bath,bubble massage,laser irradiation on physiotherapy,hot wind dry as one entiry.It will affect regional tissue and meridian acupoints,improve local blood circulation,promote body metabolism,improve the body's immune function,achieve anti-inflammatory.The aim of laser sitz bath is to anti inflammatory and paly a analgesic action.In a further step,it can promote a restoration of the damaged tissues of the lesion site,a acceleration of the purpose of healing.Combined application of it and traditional Chinese medicine has a certain effect on the treatment of postoperative complications of hemorrhoids.This study aims to explore traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)laser sitz bath with traditional Chinese medicine hip bath in the prevention and treatment of hemorrhoid postoperative complications,promote hemorrhoid postoperative clinical curative effect of recovery quickly,provide hemorrhoid postoperative rehabilitation in patients with a comfortable,safe,convenient and effective method of treatment.MethodsIn this study,136 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine laser sitz bath,while the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath.After the baseline data of age,gender and course of disease were consistent,the indicators of anal pain,anal edema,anal bulge,healing rate,healing time and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Application of statistical software to compare two groups after the treatment of anal pain,anal edge edema,anus belly,different period of healing rate and healing time,length of hospital stay,hospital comfort index,compare and laser sitz bath of Chinese medicine of traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath in the prevention and treatment of hemorrhoid postoperative complications,promote the clinical curative effect of the patients' rapid recovery.ResultsThis study included a total of 136 patients,8 cases of patients were lost.Eeventually included in the study of 128 patients,64 cases of test group and control group 64 examples,which baseline were comparable.According to the statistical data show that in the two groups after treatment of the 3 day,7 days,14 days,28 days anal pain is statistically significant(P<0.05);There was a statistical difference between the two groups on the 3rd and 7th and 14th day after treatment(P<0.05),but no statistical difference was found between the two groups on the 28th day after treatment(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups on the 3rd day,after treatment(P<0.05),but no statistically significant differences between the two groups on the7th day,14th day and 28th day after treatment(P>0.05).The cure rates of the two groups on the 7th,14th and 28th days after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the healing time and hospitalization time of the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group on the 7th,14th and 28th day after treatment(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in comfort between the two groups(P<0.05)ConclusionFrom this study,Chinese medicine laser sitz bath is superior to traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath in the prevention and treatment of postoperative anal pain,shortening the healing time and hospitalization time of hemorrhoids,and is superior to traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath in comfort and the cure rate of different time period,but the curative effect in the prevention and treatment of postoperative anal bulge is mainly reflected in the short-term effect.It can be seen that traditional Chinese medicine laser sitz bath has a better clinical effect than traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath in preventing and treating postoperative complications of hemorrhoids and promoting rapid recovery.However,its long-term efficacy in preventing postoperative anal edema and anal flatulence needs further study and discussion.Through this study,we can conclude that the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine laser sitz bath can promote the rapid postoperative rehabilitation of patients,improve the postoperative comfort level,and improve a comfotable,safe and effective method for promoting postoperative hemorrhoid rehabilitation.This method also gives full play to the advantages of TCM and improves the evidence-based medicine for the development of TCM. |
