Clinical Study On The Effect Of Sitting Bath Of Rumoshengji Decoction On Wound Repair After Mixed Hemorrhoids Surgery

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of sitting bath of rumoshengji decoction on wound repair of mixed hemorrhoids after operation.The mechanism of rumoshengji decoction on wound repair of mixed hemorrhoid after operation was discussed systematically from two aspects of TCM theory and modern medicine.In order to provide objective basis for clinical application.Method: 96 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent surgical treatment from May 2018 to December 2018 were included according to the experimental criteria and randomly divided into treatment group(n=48)and control group(n=48).From the first day after surgery,the treatment group was given sitz bath of rumoshengji decoction,the control group was given sitz bath of kangfuxingye,once in the morning and once in the evening.Patients in the two groups were observed for their wound pain,hematochezia,wound edge edema,wound pruritus and wound exudation on the 1st,3rd,7th,14 th and 21 st days of sitting bath.The wound healing time after sitz bath was observed.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.Result: There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,Internal hemorrhoid grading,external hemorrhoids type and number of surgical incision between the two groups(P > 0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in wound pain,hematochezia,wound edge edema,wound pruritus and wound exudation before sitting bath after operation(P>0.05).General data of the two groups were comparable.After 21 days of sitz bath,the clinical recovery rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and that of the control group was 58.33%,there were statistically significant differences in efficacy between the two groups(P<0.01).The median wound healing time in the treatment group was 18 days,and median healing time of wound in control group was 21 days,the two groups in the wound healing time,statistically significant(P<0.001).The treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05)in pain,wound pruritus and wound exudation on the 7th day after sitz bath,and there was no statistical difference on the 1st,3rd,14 th and 21 st day(P> 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the hematochezia and wound edge edema on the 1st,3rd,7th,14 th and 21 st days of sitting bath.There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate two months after surgery between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Sitting bath of rumoshengji decoction can promote the wound healing after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids and shorten the wound healing time,and can reduce postoperative pain,wound seepage,wound itching,without obvious toxic and side effects.It can be widely used in clinic.
