Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of The Laser Sitz-bath Machine Combined With Hemorrhoids Lotion Bath Treated Postoperative Edema Of Mixed Hemorrhoid With Milligan-Morgan

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect observation of the laser sitz-bath machine combined with hemorrhoids lotion bath treated postoperative edema of mixed hemorrhoid with Milligan-Morgan,to record the scores of edema and the change of related symptoms before and after treatment,inquire into the mechanism of wound edema of the laser sitz-bath machine combined with hemorrhoids lotion bath treated postoperative edema of mixed hemorrhoid with Milligan-Morgan.Methods: 80 cases of mixed hemorrhoid with Milligan-Morgan patients according to the random number table allocation method divided into the observation group and control group of 40 cases,the observation group use laser sitz-bath machine combined with hemorrhoids lotion bath,the control group using laser machine combined with potassium permanganate solution bath.The 2 groups were treated with a course of 7days,two courses of treatment are taken,the changes of wound edema and pain scores were recorded at 3,7,14 days after treatment,and the hospitalization days of the two groups were recorded.Results:(1)Comparison of clinical efficacy:Comparison of clinical efficacy:The total effective rate was 94.73% in the observation group,thetotal effective rate of control group was 81.57%,the observation group was compared with the control group,the difference between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.(2)Comparison of wound edema score:Third days,seventh days and fourteenth days after treatment,the scores of edema after treatment in the two groups were statistically analyzed,there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of pain score:After third days,seventh days and fourteenth days of treatment,the pain scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed,there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of hospitalization days after treatment:The hospitalization days have statistical analysis of two groups after treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions: The effect of the laser sitz-bath machine combined with hemorrhoids lotion was better than that of the the laser sitz-bath machine combined with potassium permanganate solution,laser bath machine combined with haemorrhoid lotion in the treatment of hemorrhoids postoperative edema can effectively reduce the volume of edema score,can reduce wound pain and shorten the hospitalization days.
