Labor education occupies a very important position in middle school teaching activities.Geography teaching is the fusion medium of labor education in basic education.Geography is responsible for penetrating labor education in teaching,fulfilling the needs of subject education development,and promoting the professional growth of teachers and students.Fully developed.At present,labor education in the middle school geography teaching has problems such as low implementation,lack of targeted teaching,emphasis on labor education and less literacy,and has not formed a systematic integration system,and it is impossible to organize normal labor education integration courses.Accordingly,this article takes the teachers and students of the high school stage in Changsha City,Hunan Province as the research object,combines their physical and mental characteristics,and takes the cultivation of the new curriculum standard "labor literacy" as the guidance,using literature analysis,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other methods.Analyze the current situation and problems of high school geography labor literacy cultivation,build a training system and multi-dimensional evaluation indicators for geography teaching and labor education,and combine teaching cases to explore implementation strategies to promote the penetration of labor education in geography teaching,improve teacher teaching quality,and enhance student labor The level of literacy provides teaching reference.The main conclusions are as follows:At present,teachers and students are positive about the importance and value of labor education.Teachers generally strongly support the integration of labor education disciplines.Students believe that labor education can play a positive role in personal growth and social development.However,there are still many problems in the cultivation of high school geography labor literacy: First,the labor education is shallow,the education system is fragmented,the education content is formalized,and the labor education system needs to be improved;the second is the lack of comprehensive knowledge and in-depth exploration of labor literacy by teachers.The enthusiasm for cultivating labor literacy is low,the teaching practice links are not properly arranged,and the labor literacy of teachers needs to be improved;third,there are cognitive misunderstandings in students' labor concepts and emotions,and the training of labor skills and innovation ability is defective,and students' labor awareness still needs to be deepened.Based on the idea of "labor literacy in the subject of geography",based on the principles of combining theory and practice,the principle of far-reaching and lasting teaching effects,the principle of timely and appropriate teaching,and the principle of combining positive and negative teaching examples,the four educational principles are based on the rationality of students' labor.Concepts and bluntness are vividly evoking students' labor emotions,integrating abstractions into concrete,inspiring students' creativity in labor,and combining theory with practice to enhance students' labor ability,analyzing the teaching materials,digging into the elements of labor education,sorting out the textbooks and classifying labor education materials,and looking at them.The three major teaching contents of labor education were perfected outside of class,and a labor literacy training system in high school geography teaching was constructed.In addition,starting from the two main bodies of students and teachers,on the one hand,a geography classroom labor literacy student evaluation model based on curriculum standards is constructed by reconstructing evaluation standards and developing evaluation forms.On the other hand,it uses"background evaluation-input evaluation-process".The evaluation-result evaluation"system analysis framework constructs an evaluation model for middle school geography teaching labor literacy teachers,and conducts a multi-dimensional evaluation of the high school geography labor literacy training system.(3)The construction and evaluation of the system ultimately needs to be implemented through teaching practice.This article proposes an implementation strategy for "teachers,parents,and students".In the future,the cultivation of labor literacy in geography teaching needs to focus on the aspects of "constructing and perfecting labor education cognition based on context","improving teachers' labor education literacy","enriching teachers' labor education materials" and "home-school cooperation to strengthen labor education results",etc.the work.At the same time,an empirical analysis was carried out based on the course design example "Food on the North-South Geographical Boundary-Huainan Beef Soup" applied by the first-line teaching.
