| With the in-depth implementation of the basic education reform,in order to ensure that primary school students have more time and space to achieve all-round development.Schools have generally raised the school time of pupils to half past three.However,parents’ off work time is after 5 o ’clock,which is greatly dislocated with primary school time.In order to solve the primary school time to free time before parents leave work,parents choose to send their children to after-school delay service class in schools and outside after-school care class for profit to educate.This thesis adopts the method of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,choose the R primary school in Z county,Hulunbuir as an example of study,and makes an in-depth study of the real situation of after-school care for primary school students in China.Firstly,by combing the policy evolution of primary school work and rest time from the early days of the People’s Republic of China to the 21 st century,and explores the phenomenon of the specific background of the primary school after-school.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey of 140 parents of R primary school students,this paper reveals the current situation of after-school trusteeship in R primary school from cognitive dimension,participation dimension,satisfaction dimension and cooperation dimension.On the basis of the questionnaire,5 teachers,5 parents and 10 students were interviewed to understand the problems and difficulties of the students,parents and the after-school trusteeship of R primary school students.Thirdly,from the aspects of family,school and government,this paper deeply explores and analyzes the reasons behind the problems and difficulties in the after-school trusteeship of R primary school students.Finally,this paper put forward some improvement suggestions and measures from the aspects of government,society,school and family,to promote good and orderly development of R primary school and after-school care in China. |
