| Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture stimulation of wrist elbow tendon node on wrist spasticity after stroke. Methods:The patients who came to the First Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to January 2021 were collected.Sixty patients with postapoplexy hemiplegia and wrist clonus who met the standards of Na and Exhaustion were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to the number of visits. Both groups were given routine rehabilitation training: good limb placement,Bobath training and daily living ability training.Observation group was treated with electroacupuncture to stimulate wrist and elbow joints.Control group on the basis of adopting electroacupuncture hand three mile and valley cave treatment, two groups are a month for a period of treatment, the wrist joint initiative back stretch of motion(AROM)to compare two groups of wrist joint activity degree of change, the upper limb movement function Lindmark marking scale for assessment of upper limb movement function, improve the Barthel index score(BI)evaluating change life activity,Ashworth spasm scale was used to evaluate the improvement degree of patients with lateral spasm and compare the total effective rate between the two groups.Results:1.After one month of treatment, the active dorsal extension activity(AROM)of the wrist joint in both groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the observation group was better than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.After one month of treatment, the comparison of upper limb motor function in the two groups in Lindmark scale was significantly higher than that before treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the observation group was better than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.After one month of treatment, the Barthel index score(BI)of both groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant);after treatment, the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant).4.After one month of treatment, the Ashworth spasticity scale in the two groups was significantly lower than the pre-treatment level,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the observation group was better than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Electroacupuncture at the wrist elbow meridian junctions and traditional acupuncture points is effective for patients with wrist clonus after stroke.2.Electroacupuncture is superior to traditional degree acupuncture in improving the active dorsiflexion range of motion and spasm of the affected side of wrist in patients with post-apoplexy wrist spasm, and can significantly improve the range of motion and spasm of the affected side of wrist.3.Electroacupuncture at the junction of tendons is superior to traditional acupuncture in improving the Lindmark neuromotor function score of the affected side of patients with wrist spasm after stroke, and can significantly improve the wrist movement and neurological function of patients.4.Electroacupuncture via tendon junction therapy is better than traditional degree acupuncture in improving the daily living ability of patients with wrist spasm after stroke, and can significantly improve the daily living ability of patients. |
