| OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effect of acupuncture on the spasticity of hip joint after stroke,and to seek a reasonable and effective treatment for the treatment of hip spasticity after stroke.Methods:A total of 64 patients were selected to be included in the standard.The two groups were randomly divided into two groups:control and treatment,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated according to traditional acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated according to the theory of meridian sinew nodal point acupuncture.The remaining two groups of conventional treatment such as scalp acupuncture treatment,neurology,routine care and treatment are the same,a total of 28 days.THE Brunnstrom hemiplegia of lower limb grading、the FuglMeyer assessment scale(FMA)、the clinical spasticity index(CSI)、hip range of motion(ROM)and the neurological deficit scale(NDS)was used to assess the results before and after treatment for arrive at the final conclusion,and to evaluate the subject of this treatment options for lower extremities,especially hip spasticity of the efficacy of the state.Result:1.Before treatment,compare with the treatment group and the control group patients scores about the Brunnstrom hemiplegia lower limb grading、the Rom of hip、FMA、CSI and NDS show P>0.05.There was no significant difference between the two groups,and further comparisons were made.2.After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both methods have a certain effect on patients after stroke.3.There was no significant difference in the activity of hip joint between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Though there was statistically significant between the Brunnstrom hemiplegia lower limb grading、the Rom of hip、FMA、CSI and NDS(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Use the acupuncture of meridian sinew nodal point treatment can be effective in the treatment of postoperative stroke hip spasm.2.Acupuncture the meridian sinew nodal point can improve the posterior stroke hip cramps in patients with hip movement ability to improve the degree of neurological deficits in patients. |
