ObjectivesTo analysis of wrist dorsiflexion carpi radialis longus muscle in the dynamic changes in surface EMG (sEMG), to explore the Vinca cumulative effect of electro-acupuncture seek time and the effect of electro-acupuncture, To improve the clinical efficacy to provide strong basis.Methods1. Select Stroke patients and healthy subjects met the inclusion criteria,30cases, respectively, included in the experimental group (stroke group), the control group (normal group). EA40min, the collection of wrist dorsiflexion radial long extensor carpi sEMG, and feature extraction value of the MAX、IEMG, evaluation of wrist dorsiflexion function.2. After the EA of40min,collected the experimental group and control group treatment, after treatment10min after treatment20min, after treatment30min, sEMG, and extracts the characteristic value MAX, concentric IEMG were statistically analyzed3. Single EA treatment group denoted as group A, electro-acupuncture treatment one month is recorded as group B, and compare the two groups before treatment, after treatment, after treatment10min after treatment20min after treatment for30min MAX and IEMG, sEMG and Fugl-Meyer evaluation of wrist dorsiflexion function after treatment、fore treatment Between the two groups.Results1. Single EA treatment, the experimental group and control group after treatment, after treatment10min,20min MAX、IEMG with two groups of treatment after treatment before and were significantly higher than before treatment, after treatment, the maximum peak, and each group comparison (p<0.01) were significant difference.3. The effect of a single electro-acupuncture treatment, the experimental group after treatment,10~20min down the fastest, the slope is-12.55, and the control group after treatment-10min decreased the fastest, with a slope of-16.14when20min after the treatment the experimental group, MAX IEMG decreased to half of the maximum peak after treatment, while the control group treatment10min after MAX、IEMG less than half of the maximum peak after treatment4. Single EA treatment, after treatment30min, the experimental group and control group,MAX、IEMG with two groups of before treatment showed no significant difference (p>0.05).5. Group A and group B, the MAX、IEMG of group B before treatment after treatment, after treatment10min after treatment,20min,30min, were higher than group A (p<0.01), significant difference6. Group B after treatment to after treatment30min between the slope was significantly less than group A after treatment~30min between the slope, and group B after treatment30min MAX、IEMG was significantly greater than after treatment half of the maximum peakConclusions1. The sEMG able to accurately and objectively evaluate the functional status of muscles of the wrist and hand after a stroke2.
