Objective:To analyze the surface EMG (sEMG) of the dynamic changes, comparing different body conditions, the immediate effect of acupuncture in order to determine the best time for a single treatment. To improve the acupuncture to improve upper limb motor function after stroke provide an objective basis for efficacy.Methods:Met the inclusion criteria of stroke patients and healthy subjects, 30 cases were included in the experimental group (stroke group), the control group (normal group). Surface EMG recording of wrist extensor carpi dorsiflexion action sEMG, extracting characteristic value MAX, MF, RMS. Acupuncture side hemiplegia, respectively, the experimental group and control group on the left hand three years, foreign customs points, was given after the EA air, wave selection intermittent wave, frequency is 50Hz, off ratio is 1:1. During the electrical stimulation, recording a time every 10 minutes, dynamic observation of sEMG changes. Application spssl6.0 statistical analysis and processing software to compare the different electrical stimulation of the body in the same state condition, sEMG changing circumstances over time.Results:1.Electrical stimulation of wrist dorsiflexion before the experimental group when the extensor carpi eigenvalues MAX sEMG about the control group 24.13%, MF about the control group 125%, RMS of about 34.6% of the control group, the two groups MAX, MF, RMS has a significant difference (p <0.01).2.Electro-acupuncture treatment of wrist dorsiflexion experimental group after 10min when the long extensor carpi eigenvalues MAX sEMG about the control group 31%, MF about the control group,107.5%, RMS of about 41% of the control group the two groups MAX, RMS has a significant difference (p<0.01).3.Electro-acupuncture treatment of wrist dorsiflexion experimental group after 20min when the long extensor carpi eigenvalues MAX sEMG about the control group 35%, MF about the control group,119.6%, RMS of about 40.6% of the control group the two groups MAX, MF, RMS has a significant difference (p<0.01).4.Electro-acupuncture treatment of wrist dorsiflexion experimental group after 30min when the long extensor carpi eigenvalues MAX sEMG about the control group 44.12%, MF about the control group,135.30%, RMS of about 50.7% in the control group the two groups MAX, RMS, MF significant difference (p<0.01).5.Electro-acupuncture treatment of wrist dorsiflexion experimental group after 40min when the long extensor carpi eigenvalues MAX sEMG about the control group 53.57%, MF about the control group,136.78%, RMS is about the control group 90.33% the two groups MAX, MF, RMS has a significant difference (p<0.01).6.Electro-acupuncture treatment of wrist dorsiflexion experimental group after 50min when the long extensor carpi eigenvalues MAX sEMG about the control group 48.48%, MF about the control group,134.26%, RMS of about 71.9% in the control group the two groups MAX, MF, RMS has a significant difference (p<0.01).7. Dynamic observation of the radial side of wrist dorsiflexion when the sEMG extensor carpi eigenvalues MAX, EA control group reached a peak after 20min of 145.07 percent for the stimulation, when stimulation to 50min of 113.24% before treatment; control EA to the 40min group reached the peak of 231.99 percent for the stimulation but still lower than the control group before treatment, when stimulated to 50min of 202.08% before treatment.Conclusion:1. Electrical stimulation of wrist dorsiflexion at different times when the subjects were long extensor carpi sEMG of the performance of different, that there is immediate effect.2. Electrical stimulation of different body on the wrist dorsiflexion when the long extensor carpi performance of different sEMG.3.Electrical stimulation of acupuncture effect to acupuncture after 50min half-life.4. The different acupuncture times on the wrist dorsiflexion function after stroke improvement to the best effect when acupuncture 40min,40min when the needle is the best treatment.
