Objective:Through the observation of the reinforced node acupuncture and traditional acupuncture method on different degree of spasticity after stroke patients with paralysis curative effect comparison, objective evaluation of tendons knot acupuncture and traditional acupuncture clinical efficacy, and a comparative analysis of different degree of spasticity treatment of acupuncture on spastic paralysis after stroke effect, for clinical acupuncture treatment of spasticity after stroke paralysis provides objective basis. Methods:According to the revised Ashworth spasticity assessment scale will all the80patients were divided into two layers:a layer (Ⅰ、Ⅰ+), b (Ⅱ,Ⅲ, Ⅳ). Then in the layer through a table of random numbers for random grouping, ensure that each layer were divided into treatment group and control group of the same number of cases, to ensure the treatment group and the control group patients in limb spasm degree of homogeneity. The treatment group were treated by acupuncture meridian sinews node method, the control group with routine acupuncture. Weekly pin six times, two times daily, around for a course of treatment, after a period of observation of patients with degree of recovery. And the modified Ashworth scoring scale, Fugal-Meyer motor function, daily life ability assessment score and score of neurological deficits as evaluation index, statistical analysis.Results:1. The treatment group and the control group in the Ashworth spasm grading. Fugl-Meyer motor function, daily life ability assessment score and the degree of neural function defect score before and after treatment within group comparisons were significant difference (P<0.05); the treatment group and the control group in the Ashworth spasm grading, Fugl-Meyer motor function, activities of daily living score evaluation and neural function defect severity score before and after treatment within group comparisons were significant difference (P<0.05). The total effective rate in treatment group and90%in control group, the total efficiency of77.50%.2. A layer and B layer in the Fugl-Meyer motor function, daily life ability assessment score and the degree of neural function defect score before treatment comparison showed no significant differences (P>0.05); a layer and B layer in the Fugl-Meyer motor function, daily life ability assessment score and score of neurological deficits after treatment had a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture meridian sinews node treatments with conventional acupuncture can improve the spastic paralysis after stroke in patients with motor function and ability of daily living, and can promote the recovery of neural function.2.The curative effect in treatment group was superior to control group.3.In a spasm I、I than in a spasm II, III. IV by acupuncture therapy in stroke patients, their activities of daily living ability, motor function and recovery of neurological function better.
