J Hospital is a public tertiary hospital with a large number of nursing staff,many levels,and many specialties,and the nursing staff training system is intricate.With the continuous promulgation of national medical reform policies and increasingly fierce market competition,the society has higher and higher requirements for the abilities of nursing staff.How to do a good job of nursing staff training,so that they can be qualified for the job,to create greater health value,become the focus of the hospital.This study investigated the operation status of the nursing training system in J Hospital and conducted a questionnaire survey and interview on the operation effect of the training system,and found that J Hospital’s nursing training system supporting management is imperfect and training methods are single;Examinations to measure the effectiveness of training reduce trainees’ motivation;lacks rationality in training content;training plans lack execution and training processes are lacking Guarantee and other issues.After analysis,it is found that the main reasons for the above problems are: the defects in the organizational system;Lack of scientific analysis and assessment on the process system;Curriculum arrangement lacks reasonable disposition and the training guarantee strength is relatively weak.So based on the theory of adult learning,lifelong education theory,Quality Control circles management theory(Quality Control Circle,QCC),using Quality Control circles all kinds of Quality Control methods and tools,combined with the actual situation of hospital targeted put forward a series of nursing training system optimization scheme: by optimizing the organization and management optimization,strengthening teachers’ training organization system;Optimize the process system by focusing on training needs analysis and effect evaluation;To optimize the course system by supplementing and adjusting the course contents according to the reality;Optimize the security system by standardizing relevant systems and strengthening hardware and software support.Hope to provide reference for the optimization of the nursing staff training system of other hospitals. |
